Great place for delivery. The place is big enough to get around. Very quick unload.

I bought a new Dishwasher online from Best Buy and was able to pick it up from the warehouse in less than an hour. It was great cuz the warehouse is less than a mile from my house.

Docks are easy to hit, snow is down but their parking lot is treated so good traction. They have a driver's lounge with a restroom and the heater in here keeps it nice even with the single digit temperatures.

The guards are friendly and give good directions.

The Yard Jockey's aren't overly aggressive they do their job well and are even polite to the outside drivers(in the way they drive I didn't speak to them.)

I worked there as a helper for a contractor. They gave us 22 deliveries a day and 20 haul aways. We go In at 5 am. And go home at 9 pm . Delivering appliances is not as easy as all the Karen's and bobs in here think it is. But then again best buy did not care for our well being and safety either. Carrying a fridge and bringing down another one up a flight of stairs is not easy. Especially in the snow in below 0° weather. Because if it was that easy. Why didn't any of u guys pick up and install ur own apliances:)

After reading some reviews I was preparing for the worst. Over all my visit went very well, guys at the guard shack were very nice and very friendly and checked me in quickly and very nicely told me exactly where to go and what to do. The unloading process went quickly considering it was a floor load and not on pallets, I believe the entire time from check in to check out only took about 3 hours.

Checked in 7:15AM for 8:30AM appointment. Got a door right away. I got unloaded with in an hour no problems at all. No overnight parking. I saw one of the comments saying is ok to park 110th st. It says no parking but I slept there anyways with no problems at all.

Did a pick up of a dishwasher. It was quick and easy. They got it loaded in the car no problem. Was in and out in maybe 20 minutes.

Fast unloading! Appointment time 8:00, check in 7:15, checkout 8:15. Clean and comfortable restroom by door 721.
No overnight parking!

The public only goes there for WILL Call items the store they frequent is out of. Their service is quick and friendly. Not too busy to help you load or find your purchase. If you can't wait, go there!

Good experience! Had a 7 a.m. appointment came around 6:30... unloaded within 1 hour... bathrooms are in the driver's lounge by door 21.

By reading older reviews, I thought I'm gonna be here for a while. But no. App. was at 7:30am, and I left at 8:45am. Pretty decent. No overnight parking, but you can park on 110th st nearby

I ordered a TV that had to be picked up here. Easy to find, very nice lobby to wait in and extremely helpful staff. WAY easier then picking up at a regular store

Didn't see really anyone, except the guard houses! They did there work good at the time I was there! So I give them a five...for a good job

I am a truck driver so I was at this location to deliver products and I can state that there are awesome people that work here. They got me in and out within a reasonable time.

Very simple and easy. Great service and no wait time, though I went there at opening time. 10/10 would do again.

My experience was relatively quick and pain free. A restroom is also available at man door 2.
