Jill was an absolute lifesaver for me, she sat on the phone with me and coached me through everything. She guided me greatly and assisted with the school discount as well. I HIGHLY recommend working with her and this insurance company. Jill made this rigorous process smooth and easy, for someone dealing with a broker in the past, doing this by myself for the first time, she helped immensely.

I recently contacted Sam Haddadin - State Farm Insurance and was fortunate to get Jill Doris to assist me. I was so pleased with how professional, thorough and pleasant Jill was to work with. She took the time to listen to what I needed, she made suggestions for improvements in my coverage and she provided a fantastic rate. I moved my home, auto and liability to State Farm and I would absolutely recommend Jill to anyone looking for a change in carriers.

It's not just a fancy slogan, they really mean it when they say they are there for you like a good neighbor. We've worked with Karen a few times on our insurance and she is consistently responsive, helpful and kind. It's good to know I can call someone the next town over whenever I have questions about my insurance, need help with something, or god forbid, have an accident and need to contact them for a claim. I know if that ever happens though they will be there to help.

Yesterday morning I had to complete an unfortunate task of filling a claim…for something that was my fault. But I really had a good experience with the filing process and the helpful attention that I got from the agent working with me…Karen. Actually, everyone that helped me out to file the claim.

Sam’s team in the office are top notch, I came in with a complaint and the girls in the office listened to me even though I was very upset and were fantastic. They investigated and came up with a solution that may have cost the company money but it was the right thing to do and I am a loyal customer for life. Second was a possible quote for all my needs that was reasonable. Karen knocked it out of the park. I began the process to move everything over to State Farm. The process was easy and painless.
