All Star Pizza - Penfield NY

The best pizza/calzones! and they have vegan options! I notice that negative reviews here seem to have some things in common, and that's a) they're 2+ years old, and b) a lot of people seem confused about crust. All-Star is under new ownership, so those old bad reviews aren't accurate. This pizza is so delicious, with plenty of veggies to choose from (and meats too for folks who like that) and the best part is: they have vegan cheese as an option!! And they're going to have vegan pepperoni from GrassFed here shortly! As for the confusion with the crust, just be sure you know how you want your crust and request whatever thickness you prefer. (also, they do have gf crust as an option as well) they also have great subs and wraps and wings too! P.S. this is definitely more of a pick up or delivery kinda place, very small seating area. But I highly recommend All-Star to anyone!

If like a thinner crust pizza with incredibly good flavor, All Star Pizza is a great pizza shop to go to. Prices are very fair and the food is consistently great!!!

For me to leave a review online, the food has to be phenomenal. I ordered from All Star through DoorDash for the first time and got their medium wings and a large country sweet pizza. I was blown away from the first bite. Absolutely the best authentic NY thin crust pizza in Rochester!

First time trying a slice @ All Star Pizza and it was fantastic! You can tell that they use high quality ingredients across the board. The cheese was super good and all proportions were perfectly even. I will be back to try the wings and get a whole pizza and I can't wait! Service was also excellent.

Great place for a slice, good prices and the employees are friendly. The bad reviews are from people who don’t understand that NY pizza is a completely different style then the doughy garbage we get here in upstate NY.

Finally! A great place to get some great pizza! The sauce is perfect, the crust is tasty and you can tell the cheese is good quality. Will absolutely be coming back!

This lil shop is awesome is small, but the staff is friendly. My pizza was awesome. I love white pizza and this one was amazing. I love that they add ricotta. Mouth watering and heavenly! I'll be back for more🥰 10/10

This is a little hole-in-the-wall place for good NY style thin crust pizza. I went in for a slice - had a well-flavored vegetarian piece that was nicely done.
Quick service, good prices, lots of parking, in and out, all made this an ideal spot when I am in Penfield and need a snack or a quick lunch.
Traffic getting out can be a bit challenging if you're turning left.
Just sayin'.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. The pizza is so good and the owner is just so sweet. Great variety of slices for lunch. If you like thin crust pizza, this will be your favorite place in Rochester.

Great pizza. Our favorite in the area. Coming from Long Island this has been the best so far. Our driver tonight was awesome, super friendly. I hope he gets some kudos. I tried to call but it's clearly busy because of Canal Days, but to my dude. You were awesome. Love this place.

I've picked up lunch here almost a dozen times. I really like the subs. The bread is good quality, nice and soft.
Had the pizza a few times. Good flavor, nice and thin crust. Not crispy crust, but definitely the classic 'fold it in half' kind of pizza. My orders have always been ready quickly and correctly. Nice people. Thanks!

Was in search of a Penfield area pizza and tired of the local chains. Saw a recommendation for All Star and decided to give them a try. They do a great, no frills, pepperoni pie. There are lots of options for cook time and crust thickness that I appreciate. No sloppy slices, just a solid thin crust cooked well done and ready in <20 minutes. Total hole in the wall place with a great sauce: on the sweeter side but with a good zest and thickness

I love All Star Pizza. We've been going there for about 14 months and they've never messed up an order. The pizza is a thinner crust and it's cooked perfectly every time we've ordered it and that's been enough times for me to take notice. The wings? Better than any other pizza joint in any town on the east side by a long shot and also better than most bars. Always crispy, the sauce is amazing and the blue cheese is perfect. I'm an a-hole when it comes to this stuff so I'm always on the lookout for them to screw up, and they never do. If we're not making pizza and wings from scratch, which we do a lot, this is the only pizza joint that will get our business. It's really that good.

Been getting delivery for 3 or 4 years and probably tried everything on the menu. Everything is 4-5 stars, tonight got a chicken caesar wrap that was great and healthy and an eggplant sub that was very good, service always 5 stars, keep up the good work

I love the pizza and wings!, I had it at work and OMG it's delicious. I will be ordering on my own for my family. The wings are crispy and cooked perfectly and the sauce on the wings is so tasty and fresh. Don't even get me started on the pizza. It's sooooo good. The meat lovers is what I had and it's my favorite pizza. Makes me not want to eat pizza and wings anywhere else. Try it, you will not be disappointed. I just wish I knew about this place sooner.
