Great service and foods. Very Large portion. Great flavor. (Steak fajitas)
A bit noisy with party music from the next room but overall deserved 5 stars review 🤗

Very good Mexican food. The place is huge and has cool decor. Food was very good and came quickly.

Comes with free chips and salsa which were very good. The guacamole was okay, the avocados didn’t seem fully ripe.

I had the Birria tacos which were delicious - the picture does not do them justice. The portion size is very large. I was stuffed after 3 tacos.

My wife had the chipotle chicken and cheese and really enjoyed it

Food is absolutely delicious. Came here with a group of friends and the staff was wonderful. I love a place that gives free salsa and chips. The salsa was SO FOOD. Food came quickly after we ordered. Drinks were delicious and NOT watered down. We will definitely be back!

My friend and I visited this restaurant for a session for my daughter’s Quinceañera. The service and food is delicious. I had the chicken flautas-crunchy and tasty. The salsa was off the hook and the tortillas crunchy and fresh. The 3 flautas were huge. My friend had the guacamole-which was okay. The drinks were watered down so make sure to tell them-less ice. Overall, fair prices and good food. Nevertheless, we went to book a room. Ignacio, the manager was cordial and professional and extremely helpful even though he was busy with another event. We met the owner’s son, Jesus-polite. Unfortunately, he wasn’t clear with the prices and confirming the date for the event. He never called to confirm whether or not to book the room which is very disappointing when you are depending on the space to continue planning for everything else. The room is huge and spacious with beautiful arched windows which unfortunately are blocked by these HUGE booths in which Ignacio shared that they have lost clientele due to the HUGE booths and were planning to remove them. Recommend the restaurant but for the event space not sure about that, especially when you are not asked for a deposit and they don’t get back to you. Bad business.

just stopped in to say hi to the manager Ignacio I have eaten here in the past food is phenomenal fresh and comes out really quickly. The Margarita cocktails and everything they make as far as drinks is amazing. The atmosphere is very cool as well with nice music playing in the background. will definitely come back here again and again repeatedly especially since the whole staff is wonderful and attentive.

I love this restaurant and never had any complains about the place. The food is great and the atmosphere is pleasant. However, tonight I was seating with my family celebrating my birthday, and saw how a large party of 12 was being super disrespectful and rude to the waiter and the business manager. I don’t care if you were waiting long for your food, you should never be disrespectful to anyone specially if they are serving you food. I saw how they were trying to apologize for the delay and offered to give you a 10% discount but you were asking them for a 50%. when in reality it seems that you just didn’t want to pay the bill. Therefore, Shaza Nayal , instead of you being disrespectful and trying to give the business bad publicity go and pay your bill and learn how to be polite.

Food and staff are absolutely excellent! It was my first time there this afternoon and there will most certainly be return trips! The staff was extremely attentive and kind! I forgot to take a picture of my main meal (the tamales -- my cousin ordered shrimp chimichangas which were also good!) but I've added photos of the appetizer (shrimp quesadillas), drinks (pina colada & pomegranate margarita -- the cucumber & lime was really good as well! I recommend ordering the half pitchers), and some of the seating / decor which was absolutely beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful experience! I'll be back :)

Casa Don Miguel is an amazing addition to the Spanish food scene in Passaic County. My wife and I love to have lunch here on the weekends or a fun dinner with friends. The staff is super friendly and the service is great. The colorful ambiance and decor takes you to that trip in Mexico or Spain you once had and miss. The food, well that's the star, they have hard to find dishes like aguachile and classic dishes like fajitas and enchiladas that taste so authentic and yet seem new and fresh. The drinks are well made, the desserts are tasty. Overall I have nothing but good things to say about Casa Don Miguel and I recommend it to anyone who is in the mood for some great food and a great time.

The outside neighborhood is quiet but inside this spot has lively mariachi music playing. The ambient is relaxed and staff is highly attentive. We waited less than 3 minutes for someone to take our drinks order and our pitcher of margarita was given to us quickly, appetizers took about 5 minutes and a generous amount of chips and salsa was given to us the moment we were seated. Congrats on the new location!

This place was great! I’m so happy to live so close lol. The table chairs were so cute! We ordered chicken flautas, steak tacos & a shrimp chimichanga. For dessert a chimmibanana & a banana split. Great portion and we didn’t wait long for our food.

I don’t write reviews, but I had to for this restaurant. Best steak and quesadillas I have had period. Very flavorful food and amazing service. The place itself had a very beautiful interior and exterior. Would 110% reccomend.

We love this neighborhood gem! Great for groups and definitely kid-friendly. We love getting the fresh guac, fajitas, and margaritas!

Great food and drinks! We moved to Towaco from Jersey City and found it difficult to find a good Mexican restaurant, but we tried this one and this is one of the best around!

This is their second location, and by far, this one is much, much better. The food is the same great food as the 1st location, but the atmosphere and ambiance is much nicer. The biggest difference that we noticed is the service. They were very attentive. Dirty dishes didn't stay long, and once your cup was empty, they were asking if you'd like another. It's been the complete opposite at the other location, but the food is sooo good if I'm in the area I still go there, i just give myself a lot of time 😆.
