The employee Caroline helped us when we arrived. She was very professional, very diligent, patient and answered all our questions. Very good service.

Outstanding customer service by Team Hakeem & Edwin!….They successfully resolved two issues on our AT&T business account. The issues were created by a former AT&T employee about one month ago when we ordered our four new iPhones. Hakeem & Edwin genuinely cared to help us out, they even stayed past store closing until the issue was resolved! They provided the BEST customer service experience for me any my family and deserve to be an acknowledged for their hard work and dedication.

Came here for assistance because I couldn’t get an appointment with Apple soon enough. Greatest decision I’ve ever made. I was in and out with all my issues resolved before leaving to vacation. Highly recommended!

Awesome team and experience. I had another store mess up my account. This team fixed everything. Natasha and Isaiah spent 12 hours working as a team to correct any issues and make sure I was satisfied with AT&T. Their customer service was amazing and their attitudes were positive and contagious. If I owned any business I would want this combo working for me. Actually they are the reason I'm Staying with AT&T.

I was so sick and tired of T-Mobile after I had went to one of their stores earlier and received no help at all, that I left their store and went to the AT&T store on Hamburg Turnpike in Wayne. It was a little late and they were closing soon but the store manager Isaiah stayed open and got me switched over to AT&T, he was excellent couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Got a great new phone and a great plan. Thank you so much Isaiah!

Isaiah has made me return to the Wayne AT&T store. He is amazing and he has helped me so much within the last two weeks. My devices had a bunch of issues and he was very patient and kind. His assistant also helped in the experience. I would definitely recommend the Wayne AT&T store! Go see Isaiah!

Val helped me today, she was great! I was able to switch from Verizon l, get a better plan with better service for %30 less/month. As soon as I switched and tested the phone, all the connection issues I was having with Verizon no longer existed. AT&T was def a good choice. I'm happy with how fast I was able to get my service swit he'd and able to save %30 and better service.

Excellent service! I am so happy that I came into this store with my daughter. As a first responder, it is necessary for me to practice great customer service, and my salesperson Roger and his manager Christian excelled in this in every way. This, hands down, is the best experience which I've had in a long time. I have absolutely zero problem walking out of a store which doesn't treat it's customers correctly. Positive and comfortable experience. Was assisted by the store Manager Valerie. Due to a recent illness, my communication & concentration abilities are at times compromised. Valerie listened to me, gave patient inquiry into what it was I needed to accomplish at the store, and provided me with assistance to move forward with my replacement device. She had an intuitive sense of what I needed guidance on, and worked with me respectfully & with a sense of compassion. She was kind, not condescending, and was respectful of my time as well as those shopping/working around us. She was intuitive to my needs, and I am grateful. Since my abilities have been affected by my new medical condition,it can be difficult to communicate at times. I appreciated the patience and service I received. Valerie runs an AT&T store that is comfortable and inclusive for all.
