Below is my personal review for the Law office of Mr. Mark McClure.
In my personal opinion, I think Mark McClure and his office staff are one of the most professional law offices around. If you are looking for a bankruptcy attorney to help you with your issues then Honestly, stop right here and call his office. They made the process for us comfortable, smooth and Very reassuring, once I contacted them NO creditors called us to bother us and that is one of the things most people are looking to stop- the annoying phone calls from creditors or collection agencies! His staff, (Kim & Averie) were wonderful and helped us throughout every step of the way all the way to the completion of our case. Call his office and let them assist you with your case. You cannot be in better legal hands.

I was in the process of filing bankruptcy, and I was very dissatisfied with my attorney as he was very evasive in answering my questions and my phone calls. I will always get his secretary, so I got very concerned and started looking around and a friend referred me to Mark. I was so glad that my friend told me about him he is very approachable and he explain to me the whole process so I understood what I wanted to do we spent a good two hours together. I was very impressed with his personal service and his friendliness, and I could tell that he really cared about my situation. I now have the peace of mind of knowing that
my attorney knows what he’s doing and
really cares about me, so much that he gave me his personal number to answer any of my questions.
If anyone is looking to file bankruptcy, I highly recommend Mark McClure and his team.

I am so grateful for the experience I have had. Everyone treated me so kind,they took time to really explain things to me and always had a smile. I always felt comfortable, never rushed and no question was wrong. Even later if I didn't understand something I was able to call or email and was helped in a very timely manner. Everyone genuinely cares about you and your unique situation and offers you honest and excellent advice. Even now 3 years later at times a question will arise and I send Ian an email and he is on it!!! Mark even chimes in when needed. That I would say is above and beyond 5 stars and I would definitely recommend them to everyone! They all made my experience over the top outstanding and I am forever thankful & grateful. All of the people in the office are super kind, and helpful. I went in being nervous, and anxious. But once I walked into the office and saw the decorative retro radio and the old school Macintosh computer, I was at ease. They're very inviting, and they take everything into consideration; I've always been able to get an appointment scheduled quickly and if needed they would accommodate me and work on a Saturday! ☺
I know some places are out to get you, but Mark McClure and his staff are not that way.

I am extremely grateful I chose to work with them and they chose to work with me. Every single person in the office were kind and hard working. They never made me feel embarrassed for the situation I was in and they helped me every step of the way. When I came in to file, I had forgotten a lot of the paperwork and they went above and beyond to assist me getting it all then and there so I wouldn't have to come back a different time. When my check was garnished during the process, they responded very quickly to get it sorted. And I received an email and phone call even to remind me that my payment was due. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone who is filing!

Mark is a great attorney, helped to settle a garnishment from student loans in about a week. Have already given his name to other friends.

Never got a chance to talk to attorney, scheduled 400$ initial consultation and got cancelled 35 minutes before because we didn`t PRE paid it...and follow up the response...nobody from your staff followed up, I called myself asking if we need to pay before or after consultation, received quite rude response that we Must pay before...
