Jasmine Oriental Spa Massage

This was my first time going to a professional masseuse. I had the hour relax package which was very nice. The lady I had was very professional and was very nice. Hot stones were used after a very nice oil massage. They also stretched my arms, legs and back which was nice, especially because I work in a very physical job.

I had a tension headache and shoulder pain and also suffer from chronic back pain. Got the Thai deep tissue massage. I left there pain free and all my stiffness was gone. Wonderful customer service. And a great experience overall. Thank you so much Tina....you really helped me out more than you know. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

Had the 100 min Classic Thai massage with hot stones (Groupon offer) and walked out a happy person! Tina was my masseuse and she really worked on my muscle knots, was very professional and did such an amazing job! Will definitely return 🔥🔥

Excellent results. I have never had a professional massage before. I went due to severe neck and back pain from heavy weightlifting and poor sleep positioning as well as some tingling in my left hand. I had the deep tissue massage. My neck’s range of motion increased after the massage and my pain was reduced quite a bit. The tingling in my hand was also reduced. I highly recommend this spa.

Amy is incredible at massage therapy. I have been dealing with a lot of chronic health issues for a very long time. When I get massages regularly by Amy those health problems either totally go away or the severity of them has greatly been reduced. I know Amy is the only reason for this because when I do not consistently see her those health issues start coming back. She has been a huge blessing to me and my quality of life has greatly improved. Whatever spa she works at I will end up following her for her help. I can tell her what is wrong and she fixed the issue. Even more incredible is even if I don't tell her, she has this incredible talent to see what could be wrong and fixes it. She always gives full effort and care every massage. Whatever she gets paid I know it's not enough. I hope she is treated extremely well by her employer as she deserves to be treated like gold. Amy is the best! I have been getting massages for chronic back and hip issues and Amy is great and easy to communicate with. And the spa is clean and spotless. So you can’t go wrong.

Outstanding therapeutic massage. Kind and caring therapists. They can adjust the pressure from soft and gentle to very strong as is best for you. A great way to treat muscle pain and spasm, as well as reduce mental stress. Also beneficial as part of a body detoxification process that includes only consuming healthy foods, drinks, and supplements. Avoid unhealthy situations and substances after an appointment with them as they will interfere with the longer-term benefits of the massage and your body will reject them. All the staff are great, and Hedy is particularly amazing.

Update: After quite a few sessions, I can still highly recommend Jasmine Oriental Spa Massage. I'll walk in with all of my back, neck, and shoulder muscles in spasm (causing a lot of discomfort), and will leave with all the pain gone, my muscles feeling loose, and my mind mentally relaxed and in good spirits. Ruby is outstanding and generously gives the muscles that are the tightest the most attention.

Second Update. I'm "a regular" here now and my neck, shoulders, and back are grateful. Anna has been fantastic. The therapeutic massage she provides in addition to regular visits with my chiropractor have changed my symptoms of scoliosis and degenerative arthritis from constant severe pain to occasional mild pain, and oftentimes now, no pain at all. This is something that even cortisone injections directly my upper spine could not do, and, obviously, the therapeutic massage is so much more pleasant and enjoyable than having a needle go into my neck. This has greatly increased my quality of life and I am able to function much better now.

I've come to the conclusion that an 90-minute deep-tissue massage here is, very possibly, the best experience that you will ever have during your entire lifetime.

Jasmine Massage has a new "VIP" incentive for people who need regular therapeutic massage, which reduces costs. There are three levels. I need(ed) quite a lot of rigourous deep tissue massage to help me recover from a fall, and was able to increase the frequency of therapeutic massage by using this VIP pricing, and have purchased their middle level. This lets me tip more, obtain the frequent care that I require, and still save money.

Tina has provided the extremely high pressure back massage that I need. She puts all of her energy into the massage, and she is very strong. She uses several different techniques that work well with heavy massage. This has helped reduce the pain from a now-old injury quite a lot.

The high pressure massage that I request might be too strong for some people, so just let them know what level of pressure you want.

Note that Helen has moved on to a different city, which is a loss, but all the massage therapists who are still there are excellent.

Note that there is now a $10 fee for credit card transactions, so go to the bank for cash first.

I've read a couple of negative reviews here, and not only have I never had a bad experience at Jasmine Spa Massage, but the reviews make no sense. One reviewer indicated that he had a male massage therapist, but I don't think that there are any male therapists at this spa. Another reviewer wrote that their massage was focused on inappropriate areas. Again, this is contrary to what I have experienced after going to this businesses fairly regularly for years. So, take the bad reviews here with a grain of salt; they may be posted to attempt to intentionally draw customers away from this spa and get them to go to another business.

I have a bad back and I am currently on a cross country road trip. I googled “Thai massage” in my area and I am so happy I listened to the reviews. I did the 60 minute Thai massage with oil. It did the trick! So relaxing. Thai massage is the only form of massage that truly sets me straight. Pay a visit if you are in Syracuse.

Amy was fantastic!!! Overall a great massage and she earned her money because I'm a bigger guy. Great pressure and found all my sore spots. Highly recommend you seek her out...

I love it, the lady I had took her time with me. I ended up getting a facial/messge. I was dozing off, in and out of consciousness.....I felt comfortable, and my body was in cloud 9. I would definitely recommend it. If your the type of person to have sensitivity to light. Especially comming from a dark/low dim setting to light. Bring shades so your eyes can adjust when you leave the building. I ended up walking out.. I felt like Gizmo "BRIGHT LIGHT" "BRIGHT LIGHT"

Came from out of town and easily got an appointment for a couples massage. Had a 60 minute Thai Body Massage with hot stones ... it was amazing! One of the best massages I ever had and my girlfriend loved her first time. Jasmine is clean, relaxing, professional and the price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them. We will definitely go back the next time we are in town!

I've been getting massages every month for close to 8 years. I just moved to the area and was looking for a good massage parlor. I think I've found my monthly spot! The place is clean and has a good ambiance. The ladies are professional and thorough. Appointments are easy to make. I recommend this place to anyone seeking a nice stone massage.

Absolutely lovely. Very hygienic and lots of care taken—masks were kept on at all times, temperature check before entering, plastic coverings for shoes. Great couples massage, everything was comfortable but disposable, so it felt very clean. Masseuses were great too!! Friendly, communicative, and they made us feel really special. The price was incredibly reasonable as well!
