Went to purchase supplies for replacing my sump pump. Bill in plumbing was very helpful and able to cut the PVC pipe for me, as well as recommend fittings. Very knowledgeable! Thank you for the help!

The best customer service hands down beats all the other stores.
I drive 30 miles to go there versus 3 mi to go to Lowe's. Home Depot has the best selection and the higher quality of items. I also like their website a lot better than many others. They've been out of a long time and I think they've got it perfected. I have been going to the store in Clay, New York for over 20 years. I've been very happy. They solved a lot of problems from me with technical support from the men of the trades that they hire.

Love this store. Everything a man wants needs and more. The employees are very helpful and courteous and friendly. The store itself is spotless very clean and you can't beat the prices for the things you may need. Sometimes I just go inside to walk around and look, like a kid in a candy store. The Home Depot in Cicero N.Y. rocks, highly recommend this store.

I don't put a lot of emphasis on home improvement in my life, but this place serves a dual purpose of purchasing seasonal products. I have not gone to any other home improvement specialty store besides the Home Depot, but it is probably because that was the first place I went to for seasonal merchandise. They seem to be well prepared for seasonal events.

This is my primary Home Depot that I go to. Everyone there is always friendly and willing to help when I go in the mornings. A lot of the tools and supplies I have in my shop come from Home Depot.

We were shopping for house plants (in january) and have been many places. Out of all of the options from big retailers like Lowes and Walmart, this Home Depot had the best and most diverse assortment of plants to pick from. (We've stopped at small local farms and nurseries as well, but the assortments were too specific and a little above our knowledge base) until spring comes and we are more knowledgeable, this is where we are going for gardening and house plant supplies. Also, the gentleman at the self checkout was very friendly and fun to interact with.

We use home depot for all our remodeling carpentry needs. If they don't have something you can come order it and it will either be delivered to your home or the store! In a timely fashion! Reasonably priced

I was buying some conduit the other day for this sensor I've got to hang and they had a tube cutting tool in the store the guy in the store said i could use and I ended up buying a replica of the tool they let me use in the store because I thought it worked much better than the mini tube cutter I had originally picked out

Best part about home Depot is their clearance section. It's always got hidden gems for the bargain shopper. I have noticed I have much better luck here than Lowes for things I need

Back in June at the Cicero store I needed to buy drain hair dissolver. I picked up a name brand drain product that dissolves hair and sales associate, Mike, who also speaks Italian, recommended a less expensive product to me. The product was in a black plastic bottle that was placed inside a Ziploc bag. Intrigued by the packaging, I bought it and it worked great! No damage to pipes and 6 months later water still drains easily. Mike is a true asset to Home Depot....my hardware store of choice. I always check to see if Mike is working as I know he has much knowledge for almost any item I would need at HD! Thank you Mike.

Had the parts I needed that clay didn't carry.

We have all heard if or actually have been at Home Depot at some point in our lives. Now, I went to another big box home improvement store and could not find what I wanted to help me rebuild my yard fence gate. I was able to walk right to where I needed to be and there it was. I can now rebuild my gate. Home Depot has always had what I have needed and this time was no exception. My wife actually wanted to check out new gate handles and hinges so, she asked a salesperson where she might find them. The sales person not only told us but, also mentioned that if we didn't find what we wanted that he could show us more options somewhere else, and did. Very very helpful and informative with regards to this matter. Pricing for the pressure treated wood that I needed and bought is very competitive to others but, the fact they had it weighs so much more. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
