I purchased sneakers for my birthday, however they weren't wide. Stopped in the store #2817 on Brewerton Rd tonight. The girl working was so helpful and pleasant. I really love your exchange policy. It was nice to see customer service at its best! Didn't get her name, but #319374 is her associate number.

When I visited I was just going into browse and walked out with 4 pairs of shoes with the BOGO sale on all shoes. Mine were all clearance. It was a steal of a deal. Went online to see if i could find some other clearance shoes but found they were more expensive than in store. Went back and grabbed 4 more!! They even ordered my size online for the same price In store and had it shipped to my house. Recieved it in 2 days!! I love that they are so close to my house also. I have bought many shoes for my girls and myself from that store plus other FF stores. Always been very happy!!

Good selection, if you do not see your size, they can order for you. Can order online and pick up. Nice staff

I have purchased several pairs of Sketchers work and casual boots here. Great price and love the product. Extremely comfortable and last . The styles I have previously bought and loved is no longer in stores. I purchased a different style of Sketchers 2 weeks ago, but after wearing them 3 different days at work I found my feet were killing me. I called and spoke with Shelley, the store manager, and she told me to come in and she would honor a store credit and accept them for return, even though they were obviously worn. I exchanged them for a pair of Timberlands that look and feel great on my feet. Very helpfull staff and I can't thank them enough for their superior customer service. Thank you!

They had a big selection of shoes which I like because anywhere else I go they don't really have anything. I will definitely be going back!
