Every item on the menu we tried was delicious. Branden was so good to us as a server and we will definitely be back to try more! The restaurant is shared style so we ordered items for all of us to share. We got a lot and had a bill total of about $50 per person, but you could definitely do less!

Our favorite item that we tried was the crispy Brussels sprouts, stunning!

Sharing style menu. Food made from scratch. We had an excellent meal. Homemade pasta was delicious. Biscuits with jam and butter so good. We also enjoyed hummus plate, crispy potatoes, Brussels sprouts, Cesar salad, and more. Cocktails good. Nice ambience. Good service. Valet parking available 2hrs for $5 when dining.

Great restaurant to go with the excellent hotel. Flavorful brussel sprouts, w/o the bacon. Ate the entire serving myself. The half chicken was delicious, juicy flavorful, and a bit of kick to the potatoes! Delicious dinner. I will try the Duck tacos before I leave.

Incredible service by Mandy! Food was delicious and high quality without sacrificing portion size. Lamb kabob, Brussels, potatoes, made from scratch biscuits, and Dulce de Leche Panna Cotta rounded out this whole experience. Would highly recommend!!!

Have been here twice now, both experiences were excellent. We had a standout moment with a gentleman named Branden, his recommendations were spot on and the cocktail suggestions were incredible. He was very personable and took excellent care of our party, fantastic customer service.

The food was exceptional, the ribeye was great and the standout with our group was the pork and watermelon, absolutely next level. The panna cotta was also a favorite, plated perfectly and remarkable flavor notes all the way through.

Will absolutely be back anytime I’m in town.

We tried so many different dishes.
Carrots, Brussels sprouts, veggies, biscuits were my favorites. The pic is of duck tacos and they were good, but I had to put together myself.

Service was ok, I guess our server was busier than usual, but overall great food, fantastic atmosphere.

This place was stellar minus the brussel sprouts having meat in them and claiming vegetarian—but everyone makes mistakes and it was acknowledged. This place has incredible food and the service was awesome.

Couldn't say enough good things about this place. I'm happy St George is getting more places with higher end food. They're always polite and helpful. Tyler the manager is great with everyone and always to genuinely care for clients. Highly recommend this place and if they have the pork belly with watermelon do not hesitate to get it!

Seriously, the biscuits and gravy are absolutely incredible…. Mouthwatering….. I love em so much ! Even the egg is cooked to perfection . Delicious! You guys are My new favorite, the building is gorgeous. The only thing is the parking lot is a little ridiculous… other than that, food is delicious. 🤤

TL;DR modern and tasty food, friendly service. Highly recommended

We came at 5:30 with a reservation, we had to wait a few minutes to have our table set. We were promptly welcomed by our waitress, served water and asked for drinks choice. I had a Desert Rain mescal-based cocktail and was quite happy with it.

We ordered 4 “appetizer”plates. Every is made to share at this restaurant. The grilled carrots were, grilled romaines were good. We were especially impressed with the smoked turkey soup, very flavorful. I ordered the pork rinds, they came fresh out of the oil still cracking. They had put some spicy honey on top, quite nice!

It’s a small plates/sharing format, so you get to try a bunch of stuff, quite fun! As the restaurant was getting full, it is true that the service was getting slower. I had ordered a plate of French fries that was not coming. The waitress apologized and remove it from the bill, very nice gesture.

I had an excellent evening, the food was great and our waitress was very nice. If you are in the area and looking for a nice restaurant with good drinks, it is worth the drive!

The food here was amazing and the service was even better! Summer made sure our cups were always full, gave great recommendations, and treated us like old friends. Plates are recognizable food with fascinating twists. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, but the brussel sprouts are the most wonderful appetizer I have ever had the pleasure of eating. We shared the panna cotta, which I regret because I could’ve eaten the entire thing. 100% would recommend (and I have, often!)

This place is STUNNING. I was in awe when I walked in. So gorgeous. You could do a photo shoot there. Very upscale.

The food was really good. Our pork belly was just overcooked and very tough. The salmon was divine. I loved all the roasted veggies. Dessert was amazing.

The setting is great. The vibe of this place is upscale and elegant. Outside was pleasant minus all the street racers.

The group sharing approach for the food is really nice. They bring it out immediately and you can share it while waiting for the rest.

I personally was not a fan of the pasta, but was told it was perfect. The fish was crisp on top and raw in the middle, and was delish, especially with the green sauce. I hate ketchup, but these guys make a custom version and it was actually really good for the fries.

We sat outside, which was clearly pet friendly, so we met these 3 new dog friends, out enjoying the evening too. The white little gal was 14yrs old and very well mannered in her upscale stroller.

Excellent up scale restaurant. Met a group for breakfast and the food and service were top notch. Loved the atmosphere. Very clean, including the restrooms. Staff friendly. Only downside was finding a place to park.

I would say this was the best brunch food I ever had. The service, was honestly okay, but I’m giving it a five because the hostess was AMAZING!! I did not catch her name but she sat us right away and got us our waters. She told us our server will be with us soon, and we waited..and waited..and waited. We understand when places get chaotic and hectic, but there were only three parties, two of them (one being us) of just two people and one table of probably about 10 people (on a Saturday after noon with out reservation being at 2:30) after quite sometime the hostess took our order and our drink orders when the only time we actually saw our actual server was when he dropped our food off. After that, he didn’t blink one eye back at us again. Again, the place was not busy, and at one point it was just us and the party and he still never checked on us. Only the hostess. I told my fiancé to make sure to personally tip her with all the cash he had cause she deserved it. Overall, I feel like this place is very under appreciated and I feel like the Saturday afternoon brunch should have definitely been more packed! I got the breakfast sandwich with breakfast potato’s and they were BOMB 20/10. And my fiancé got the smother breakfast burrito, also 10/10 and the fruit was so fresh and refreshing. Will be coming again 🫶🏽

Had a great time at Wood Ash and Rye! It def has a Vegas feel to it without the smoke when you walk into the building. The restaurant is clean, sleek, and modern.

Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and pairings of food and wine.

During dinner time they serve entrees as a family meal. We ordered an appetizer and two entrees.

We started with the Korean chicken wings. They were sweet, salty, sticky, but crunchy. Surprisingly enough there wasn't a lot of breading but the crunch as you bite into it is definitely there.

I ordered the Herbed Lamb Chops and my date ordered the steak (not pictured)

The Lamb was so delicious! Super flavorful and savory. Cooked to perfection along with the mashed potatoes.

We ended the night with the Panna Cotta. The dessert was divine. It had the texture of a smooth cheesecake and a little bit of sourness at the end of the bite. Rate 💯

This place is hands down the best in St. George. Parking was a bit confusing, but we managed. Easy to make reservations on Open Table, highly recommend reservations. It's a hot spot and I saw many people turned away. We shared all our dishes so we could try everything. Biscuits and brussel sprouts were our crowd favorites. The atmosphere is a gathering friendly place. It was fun to watch your food preparing for it's table presentation. Such a fulfilling experience.

We went there for dinner with a big group to celebrate a birthday. Got there a little bit earlier and got drinks at the bar first. Really nice bartenders, answered all of our questions about the drinks and delivered them fast. Moved over to the table. Our waitress was super nice and everyone was in a great mood. The food doesn't come out at the same time, so you are sharing your food around the table , because you don't want people without the food to just seat and look at you. For appetizers we got biscuits. They are very feeling. Carrots are delicious. We enjoyed oysters. $3 per oyster. We got the lamb dish and the pork belly. Other people ordered the steak, it was cooked perfectly, the pasta was delicious, the duck tacos were pretty good, the fish was good as well. I think we ordered one of each dessert options and they were all good. Mixed drinks and Kitos beer were pretty good. We had a great time and everyone was stuffed.

This is the first restaurant review I’ve ever written because the fact that this restaurant has only 4.3 stars on Google is CRIMINAL. This is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. The atmosphere is great, located in a trendy upscale hotel. The cocktails are awesome. Servers are friendly and attentive and most important, the food is incredible. My husband and I ate here on a Thursday while visiting Zion National Park. Ordered 4 dishes, all of which were fantastic and came back 2 days later because we couldn’t stop thinking about the food. On our second visit we ordered 3 new dishes which were also amazing. The menu is diverse and the preparations are unique and flavorful. I literally cannot think of one bad thing to say. I would come back to Utah and plan a stay in this hotel just for the restaurant. 10/10 would recommend. The duck is unreal.
