This was my first time getting my nails done and I was very pleased with my experience with Jerry. During the process, Jerry was gentle and provided excellent artistic insight and skills. I am very satisfied with my results and will definitely come back. Thank you Jerry!

Best pedi in a long time! Thank you Rachael! My feet are very sensitive. Rachael handled my feet in a manner that didn't make me uncomfortable. Not once! She was able to perform the callus filing as well as a foot massage! I like my toenails cut short. She gave no excuse and delivered as I asked! Very happy! My former salon of many years has closed. I have found my new salon. Highly recommend Charming Orchid!

I brought my daughter and her friend in today for manicures on a Saturday before Christmas, without appointments. BUT from the moment we walked in the nail artists treated us so kindly. The girls got beautiful gel French manicures and a little snowflake nail art. They are both over the moon with how they look and I truly appreciate how well we were treated even though it was a busy day for the artists. We will definitely return. Thank you!

Have been going to Charming Orchid for a while, I even brought my husband (he loved it). I normally get powder gels. And today Naomi did a 3D design, OMG!. It came out so beautiful even with the powder gel. Naomi was the best! And it is still such a relaxing atmosphere.

Had a wonderful spa pedicure with Jerry. Then Grace gave me beautiful nails that matched the pictures I showed here exactly. Love this place. Highly recommend!!

Charming Orchid is such a great nail salon. They are very conscious of COVID health measures and keeping patrons separated. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and has experience to execute your desires. I wish they had some protective cover for the chairs, but I did see them wipe after ever pedicure.

Walk in was fast and friendly. Just had a regular mani and the girl took the time to carefully work on my nails. Very pleased.

It was great, My legs, feet, & hands feel great😀 I even took my hubby for a pedicure, now he wants to go every time I go. 😂Your best bet is to make a appointment because they are that good., even though they do take walkins, TY Grace, Jerry, Judy😘

I have been a client at Charming Orchid for 7 years on and off. Ben always does his best to fit me in. It is a great neighborhood place. They are affordable, clean, kind and always do a great job. My pedicures last and so do my gel manicures. There are a lot of options and I choose Charming every time

I asked for a French powder gel and Grace suggested this design as I am going away on vacation, love how it came out, she was great

I've been going to Charming for at least 10years and they always do a great job. I like to keep my nails long and almond shape and I love that they don't charge extra for shaping. They also do a great regular pedicure!

Very nice clean nail salon. They have many colors to choose from. The people are nice and they take their time to do a good job. F you're looking to relax and unwind while getting your nails done this is the place.

First timer at this salon but I had a powder gel manicure here and it's the best I've had, to date. Looks great and is super thin, so I feel like I can actually use my nails like normal. (Every other powder gel I've done at other places has felt thick and heavy.) Will definitely be back!

I have been going to this nail salon for over 7 years and they never disappoint. Grace does my nails perfectly every single time. Everyone is beyond nice and attentive to detail. Absolutely love coming here every two weeks :)

As I sit in my car after doing my nails, I had to write a review on how terrific my first time experience was at this salon.

Bear in mind, my visit is after NY has reopened in the midst of COVID. From the hand sanitizers, Clorox wipes and Lysol at every station to the employees disinfecting every chair once a customer was finished - it was amazing! And the employees are protected by protective gear, a shield/window it out for when they have to do manicures and a cosmetics sterilization toolbox.

Apart from sanitation, I must say the staff are very nice and courteous. This is the first in a long time I went to a nail salon and truly enjoyed doing my nails. And yes, the salon was busy in the midst of this.

I would recommend this place to EVERYONE.

I absolutely love this place! I have been coming here for over a year now & I have to say this nail salon is the best. My favorites there are Larry, Jenny & Grace. They’re always so friendly, courteous & professional and always do an amazing job! I have tried other places nearby but this place by far is my favorite. I will never try to go anywhere else! The only thing I can say I don’t like is the size of the salon, otherwise I recommend this place 100%
