Love this 7-11. Great owner and excellent employees.

Mr.Khan at Islip terrace 7-11is an amazing asset to the company, courteous, helpful always willing to get what you need with a smile, I go to this store 4 days a week because they always have what I need.

workers are very nice and owners also. workers are helpful with any request. and work very hard. store always clean n they never run out of bibs for big gulp machine.

Jada is the best. She is always efficient and on point. Sometimes I see customers being rude to her and she always handles them with absolute grace. She deserves a raise.

Dehumanizing customer service. The doors were locked at 2AM and the worker there saw me knocking on the door and pretended I wasn’t there. I kept knocking and he was smiling to himself for 7 minutes cleaning and tried to act like I wasn’t there. I think he assumed if I gave up knocking, I would just go away but I had a scheduled Uber eats delivery to pick up. Finally, I spoke in Urdu (it seems the worker was south Asian so I hoped he’d understand me) and finally he addressed me and gave the food, but in a weird way. The man seems fluent in English as well so I don’t get why I had to change languages for him to acknowledge my presence.

I don’t think Uber drivers should pick up orders here as other google maps reviews of this 7 11 are negative in regards to Uber eats deliveries. Terrible customer service and I felt embarrassed doing my job.

6:2/23 around 7pm - the two guys working at this 711 location - I cannot believe the way they were acting. There was a gentleman picking up an order for delivery. The guys who worked at the counter gave him the wrong item and instead of correcting him the store workers were throwing their arms in the air, screaming, telling him to leave the store and go to his car and yelling at him that “this is America” and to speak English. Which is quite ironic but the store owners had a very thick accent and a very simply English vocabulary. The delivery driver was using his translation app to try to tell them they were giving the wrong item but they would not correct it for him. He needed a white claw and they were giving him the Celsius energy drink. They were also yelling and screaming at me after I tried to verify that I saw the delivery guys order in the app and that it wa Dundee’s a white claw. Whatever, facts aside. Those people working there were horrible and should not have jobs.

I go to this 7 eleven pretty much daily as it is literally 400 ft from my house... And that is the only reason I go here. Their advertised deals are constantly wrong, and when you bring it up to them and show them the sign with the advertised price they tell you it doesn't start until tomorrow or give you some other excuse instead of just honoring it. If it doesn't start until the next day, THEN WHY DID YOU PUT THE SIGNS UP IN THE FIRST PLACE. This happens on an unbelievably regular basis, and to me, it feels like shady merchandising. After a year of turning a blind eye for sheer convenience, enough is enough and I'll be going out of my way to go to any other 7 eleven at this point

I was looking at lotto tickets and no one was on line behind me at the moment so I was asking the ticket number. The old man was extremely nasty!!! Yelling at me "y u want the number? U gonna buy or just look all day"; I was in n or within 2 min. This man should NOT be working in customer service at all.

This is the dirtiest worst smelling store I've ever been in. I saw the disgusting mop and water that they clean with its no wonder smells so bad in there. It hits you as soon as you walk in...even with a mask on. It's just an old dirty smell like a dirty bar when they come in to clean In the morning. I mentioned it once and got a nasty glare...I don't know how they spend all day in that environment. I can only tolerate 3 minutes
