If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. Worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. Asked them for a gel manicure cause I wanted to keep my natural nails, and they removed, in the most painful way, the tips that I had on. Literally ripped them off with a card. After complaining about it, I still showed them the pic of the colors I wanted, something simple, but they did whatever they felt like, and when I asked for a nude base they only put clear polish instead. Had to pay for something that they didn’t even filed right, and tipped only cause the second person that did my nails was kinda nice but for some reason they didn’t do what I requested. Never coming back.

I love this place. Typically, I'm in only for an eyebrow wax, but have also gotten manicures and pedicures. I've never been hassled for a tip, as others have suggested. They always ask me to pay before painting my nails, which I appreciate, so I don't have to risk damaging my freshly painted nails.

My eyebrow waxing always looks perfect and they always ask me how thin I'd like them.

I know everyone has a different experience, but I've never experienced anything negative. :)

Yes, Lin may be a little loud (I actually find it comical)
It is a beautiful, very large and clean peaceful place, so if they charge a little more you have to factor in your surroundings. I've found the service to be over and above for the most part. Everyone has a bad day and I'm sure Lin is under a bit of pressure with having a full staff all of the time (but still no excuse) Now, as for the tip thing, yes, that should not be. Tipping is NOT a necessity, but we all do it and you should not be chased around for one. I have not been there in awhile, due to a $$ and it is a far ride for me now but definitely worth the trip. I would most definitely go back. I would suggest trying it at least once and find out for yourself. Hope this was a helpful review.

I moved out of state some 7+ years ago and Lin’s was my go to salon. I love the remodeling they did and I’m very satisfied on my mani/pedi. Don’t understand why so many negative reviews cause I give only a thumbs up

Today was quiet but busy. I got a spa pedicure and it was very nice. I've never had a bad experience here.

Susan is my nail tech. She's amazing!

It was great for the price. On pedicures the actually set timers for how long they are supposed to massage and actually follow it. Will be returning

generally peaceful good massage. Lately you don't get the great massage which for years you received after having your nails done, quite a disappointment.

Got my nails done here for the first time and Jason did an amazing job.

I love going there. They shape my eyebrows and do my nails so good.
