Store Manager & staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Store is well organized clean and neat. I Highly recommended this Harbor Freight location.

Walked in and was asked if I needed assistance immediately. Found the obscure tool I was looking for immediately and it was 1/2 the price of the Lowes or Home Depot which didn’t have it in stock.

Great place for tools not used daily. People very nice and knowledgeable, like the store.

Harbor Freight has everything I need at a great price. The quality continues to rise since I started shopping with them 27 years ago. The discounts for club members are great. I highly recommend this store.

Best bang for your buck on most things. Not everything is great as the prices reflect that. You get what you pay for. Yet you don't have to spend $300 for a simple socket set to put your kids bikes together. At the same time if you do need something to hold up day to day. They have it as well.

Excellent place for lower priced tools, hardware and equipment. I've personally bought three power tools for home use and haven't had any problems. Also bought other items throughout the years from them, while not top of the line, still good enough for basic projects and stuff.

Excellent bc my warranty had 3 weeks left and replaced a new power drill for free oh yeah

I was looking for a torque wrench that was on sale. There were no wrenches in the designated spot. I asked a floor attendant if they had any in stock. He checked the computer which told him there were wrenches in the store. He searched and found the wrench for me. Very happy with the service.

Excellent place to buy tools not used daily. Needed valve spring compressor. They had at a great price. Have purchased some power tools and pleased with the quality.

What's not to love about HF. Over the years quality has become very good. Prices are excellent. Remember not everything is high quality you have to do your homework before buying. Everything I bought so far has exceeded my expectations.

The coupons are unmatched. I've been a true believer of the name brand tools. I still am with certain tools. When Harbor Freight first started I swore I would never go there. Long story short through friends in every field I've become a regular. Go check it out.

I called the store looking for 2 fans spoke with Dylan who I have met before in the commack store it couldn't have gone better he went and check to make sure he had what I was looking for got back on the phone with me told me he had both fans told him on my way he put them on the side for me and held them got there and relizrea had met him before and how much of a help to me he was then commack has a lot to learn from the Bay Shore store Huntington is also a good store they are helpful but I will only be going to Bay shore for now on

No a lot of these tools are not "contractor grade", but then again most of us aren't contractors. The tools you find in there will last a long time, if you take care of them. Even a Dewalt circular saw will fail and be a "piece of cra..."(well you know), if you abuse it.These are good tools at ok prices. The hidden gems are the disposables. Zip ties and ca glue, clamps and straps, ropes and tarps and canvas..oh my! That's the stuff you can really make out on. Also, the staff, they are very helpful, and they actually know the products, another big win. You have nothing left to lose, try it.

Good tools at good prices. Whats not to like. I just got a lower end finish nailer for half price. Not for professional workers but good for the average guy.

Great hardware store. You have to judge HF by what it offers at what price. Yes a DeWalt will last you longer and it has a better warranty, but for the same price you can buy 2 and sometimes 3 of the HF offered tools. For a homeowner with a small to medium size project Harbor Freight is outstanding. Things like screwdrivers, hammers, levels, pipes ranches, grinder blades, nitrile gloves, etc. I don’t even bother going to competitors, especially with their coupons. Other things I can’t even find anywhere else and especially for a lower price like Ammo Cans and 5 Gallons metal gas cans. HF has a place in the hardware business. Also, their employees are way nicer than the regular Orange store, let’s be honest.
