Got my Canon Selphy CP1300. Easy to install parts and set up, came with practice paper but I also bought the 108 postcard-sized paper and color ink pack pictured. I didn’t realize for the printer to be actually portable you have to buy a battery pack that goes into the back of the printer and it doesn’t come in the box I found out it’s an extra part that’s about $40-$60 so that was a disappointment. Besides that, the pictures’ printed fast, they looked good for what the printer is and the price I paid. I don’t think I would’ve expected better overall pleased with my experience.

I got my compustar remote start installed here by George, he was so knowledgeable and helpful from the start I was super impressed, some time later there was an issue with the remote and the company had a software issue so my remote start was out of commission and I couldn't figure out how to fix it on my own, I brought it back today and luckily George was there again, he got me in earlier then planned and took maybe 20 minutes to figure out what was wrong and fix it, I was happy to deal with George bc of course he installed it and was so helpful originally, I had a million questions and he was so patient clear and honest. He's great at what he does I hope he gets recognition

When I walked into the store I was approached by an employee who asked if I needed any help. When I told him that I was looking for a new cell phone he immediately summoned the staff member from the cell phone department. Wow, was that great service. I purchased a new phone that was a lot cheaper than anywhere else. I highly recommend this store for it's excellent service and low prices.

I took my computer to Best Buy to be checked. A technician named Alex told me what was wrong with it. He explained very clearly the reason of the problem. He also advised me what was the best thing to do to solve the problem. He was very professional. I'm very satisfied and recommend Best Buy.

I had to get my laptops cleaned out because of a virus. When I was buying my phones here, they asked me if I wanted to have Geek Squad protection. It cost two hundred dollars for the year. I'm glad I bought it. I brought in two laptops, and they fixed them for free. $500 I would have paid to fix them. Thank you, Geek Squad and Best Buy.

Needed warranty work on suto installation from another location. They anticipated a possible issue and it was resolved.

They got my older MacBook running up to par so I don’t have to spend a thousand plus dollars on a new laptop. I live in Brooklyn but am in the area visiting my dad. This is now my Geek Squad/Best Buy stop.

Bought a window ac online. Selected curbside pickup. Parked in designated pickup spot and responded that I was at store. AC was brought out to my car. Simple streamlined procedure.
