So happy to have a Sephora in this part of town! The store has been clean and organized every time I’ve been in, and the associates are very helpful.

The staff was amazing they really went out of their way for me to get my daughters Christmas gift. Very friendly staff up beat attitude.

I am not from Ohio but stopped in on a visit to a couple friends. I was helped by Mari and Kay. They were both very sweet and answered any questions that I had. I noticed the staff was a very diverse group as well, and I enjoyed that a lot.

The store was very stocked considering holiday season is coming to a close. Mari talked to me about the beauty studio services that they offer at Sephora, and while I am not going to be back to this one for awhile due to the distance, I think I will check them out at a location closer to home!

They also gave me a couple of samples to try. I am in LOVE with the Farmacy Honey Halo moisturizer they gave me. I was glowing the whole flight home. When I am in the area again, I will be stopping back in to see my new beauty besties. 🙌🏽😍

was helped by Austin. SO nice - Sephora iphone wasn't working for color match so he color matched me the old-fashioned way and nailed it! my friend who i ran into there was also there was helped by him and said the same thing!

The staff were very helpful and attentive! I love that they have all the lotion samples available for trying it!

This Sephora is AMAZING! The whole team is so welcoming and friendly. I was greeted promptly upon entering. The advisors are very knowledgeable and take their time with their customers. I went in with minimal makeup knowledge and left feeling like a pro, ready to accomplish the looks I set out to learn. Thank you Sephora Lennox for your amazing customer service!

Great customer service

The Sephora representative talked me into buying the perfume sampler as a gift and most of the samples were almost empty and they told me no refunds or exchanges. Im so embarrassed because I got this as a gift for someone and the giftee texted me photos of all the empty samples asking me if this product was used… so cringe. I will be doing all my shopping at ulta for now on. Horrible experience 😖

I visited this store over the weekend and the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. They gave me no indication that they wanted to help. I use to be Rogue and buy so much Sephora. I stopped buying from there after having a similar experience, and I now shop at Ulta.. After all these years, I figured I'd check out the new store and have a better experience. Well, whatever

“Jenny” I’m sure her first name is Jennifer. When someone does something wrong they never wanna give their real name, she’s the assistant store manager at the location on olentangy. She’s has the most disgusting horrible attitude I’ve seen in a very very long time!!! She ruined my first Sephora experience!!! I placed an order online 2 hours prior, I work in the area but I live farther away, I popped in the store to look around since it was my first experience! She treated me like I was wrong for browsing around. Another employee told me when I first arrived that no one had started my order yet but hold tight and she would do it (was only 2 items!!) very nice lady so while I waited I looked around this dispiciple human “Jenny” found the need to treat me like trash as if I wasn’t welcomed probably because I’m black! Even though I had already spent money she probably thought I would steal who knows, she completely made me feel unwanted among other horrible feelings. What a horrible human to have manage this place! I hope something is done! I’ve read several other comments from others who were made to feel the exact same way! Do better Sephora!!!!! I’m very disappointed in my first experience!!!!!!!

To the sephora worker that was working on Saturday Jan 7, if you say your going to help with color matching then ghost the customer by making the excuse “you have to go get the phone” for 15 mins just so you can fart around the store and be useless, just say u can’t do ur job with ur chest and refer me to an actual useful person.

My 7.5 months pregnant wife was told she couldn't sit in an unoccupied chair to catch her breath. The staff showed no concern and simply told her to move. I am severely disappointed by the lack of basic empathy.
