Cleveland Hearing & Speech Center - Lyndhurst

Excellent staff and audiologist. Answered all my questions on hearing aides with very comprehensive testing. Highly recommend this place.

I have had excellent service at Cleveland Hearing & Speech Center - Lyndhurst. The staff are good listeners and good at answering my questions. They are very experienced and knowledgeable. I recommend them without hesitation.

The staff at the Lyndhurst office is amazing. It starts with the front desk Receptionist Terri. Her personality, her smile, her knowledge of insurance and billing makes for a pleasant start to the visit.

My son's Speech Therapist Ali, was amazing as well. She always stopped to consider my feedback and to see if I had any concerns regarding my son. She always went over and beyond to make sure my son got the best out of his session for that day. She gave me exercises to take home that also helped his speech tremendously. Ali made my son's speech sessions fun with games. Which made him want to go every week.

Less than a year later my son was discharged for meeting all his goals and his speech has improved tremendously. They even gave him a Certificate. He was so proud of himself. I can't be any happier with the outcome.

Everything was explained to me. I was able to tell Dr. Lester what I wanted on my hearing aids and I was involved in picking out the color. That never happened before at other places. Dr. Lester was great. She listened to me and was very helpful.

Dr. Laura Brady and her team are skilled audiology professionals who are always compassionate and kind. There is never a long wait and the results after the hearing aids are fit is nothing short of life-altering. This office is affiliated with Case Western Reserve University and I highly recommend their care for every member of your family that needs audiology testing.

This is a great facility. Hannah has by far been the best since we last saw Bridget Petitti.

The center had moved since I was there last but they left their address so we could find them which I really appreciated it. Everything went exceptionally well
