I was comfortable with all of the employees. They were all polite and friendly. My appointment was quick and successful. The doctor was great. I will definitely refer him and the staff to others. Thank you to all of them.

Been seeing Dr. Mineo for years. Knee replacement in 2015 other knee replacement 2022. He is a very caring, compassionate and concerned doctor. Wonderful surgeon. I will not see anyone else for my needs.
He explains everything so well.

Dr. Mathew Kay was my orthopedic surgeon. But he retired. I have heard many a person talk about how good Dr. Mineo is. So when I needed to get my knee checked out, I made the appt. with Dr. Mineo. He was very attentive and was nice and explained everything that he would be doing as far as the surgery.

Dr. Mineo has excellent bedside manner and knows what he's doing! He's the only dr I'll let treat my knees.

Overall, satisfied with treatment and clean establishment. The waiting room was quite a ways away from check in. Which made it difficult to hear when being called.

I hurt the back of my knee a couple of weeks ago and the pain went away but the pain came back on the side of my knee. I called to make an appointment on Wednesday and the receptionist got me in on Friday morning to see Dr. Mineo. I had excellent service from at the front desk to my Dr. appointment. I highly recommend the Chrystal Clinic for any orthopedic needs you may have.
