Walmart Supercenter

I would like to thank Shayna for going above and beyond with meeting my expectations for customer service/cashiering. She was attentive and very pleasant when I went to her check out line, also carried on a conversation answering questions I had, and made this place a complete turn around with her positive attitude! We need more of her at this location!

The gentleman in auto were super kind to me and were honest about my tires. They didn’t pressure me into purchasing anything extra and gave truthful advise. I really appreciated it. In general this Walmart was pretty cool however to me it seemed the subway closed way to early.

I come in every week for groceries and never had a bad experience! The greeters and cashiers are consistently polite and kind, and it’s easy to find what I need. Great Halloween selection too!

I like that this location has 2 lanes that you can check out yourself, besides the regular self checkouts. I do about 500 a month in groceries and I can check out my own things instead of going to a lane or holding up the regular self checkout lines.

Courtney is super sweet, able to deal with an 83 year lady, store is clean, and well stocked

Great place to take the family. Have money though lol. Although they have good prices, you will end up spending money u don't want to lol. Especially with kids. But it's a Wal-Mart like any other Wal-Marts.

Nice to shop and very easy to find what you need, employees are very friendly and helpful.

Denz in electronics was very helpful assisting us in picking out an external hard drive.

It's one of the cleaner Walmarts I have been to. I can actually find an employee when I need one. Most items are in stock. The employees who have helped me are knowledgeable and if the item isn't in stock we find it on the app.

Kudos to Nick in the electronics department! He's always working there, starting at 7am in the morning, and has always helped me with all my questions and technical problems concerning cell phones, cell phone accessories; and LCD flat panel tv's! His knowledge and customer service skills are superior, along with his friendly attitude and willingness to help. He's as knowledgeable or more knowledgeable as any ATT retail store customer service rep I've ever dealt with.

Whatever he makes, he deserves a big raise!!!

The store seems to be doing okay. Clearance has been kept tidy everyone who I've met with seems happy to be in the store which is nice to hear met with probably 25 employees an opportunity to enjoy the experience of having a nice area to work in also the small half carts are junk do to they don't fit into the bigger carts when in the cart safety parking area. If the time comes an opening I'd like to work at this store.

It's one of my favorite place to shop. The workers are always welcoming and great atmosphere.

I love Walmart. They always have everything you need for the best pricess.

Haven't been here since before COVID probably. Very clean, stocked and easy check out. Had everything I needed at a good price.

Usually have most items I need and better prices than many stores, without gimmicks.

This review is for TJ the manager in streetsboro Ohio. I've given this location several horrible reviews based on extraordinary bad customer service especially when it comes regarding my elderly mother. Today, I'm happy to report that TJ, the manager was exceptionally kind, considerate, patient, and gracious when helping my elderly mother who is 87. She was using her walker in the store and was weak from our long shopping trip. We were going to checkout and she needed to sit because we had a lot of groceries and other items. They've taken the bench by the bathroom out so there is nowhere to. My mom was exhausted so I asked TJ if there was a chair she could sit on while I checked out. TJ immediately went in the back office and rolled out a padded office chair. Prior to that, he personally help my mom get some items that were locked in the pharmacy area. Usually we have to wait at least 15 minutes to get someone to help us there.

Good service,however, the inconvenience of picking up at store and trying to return there; twice they haven't been able to ring return. I have to call Walmart and return that way. It's more steps, more time and surely if you can do that you can return in store. You can do this Walmart!

Went to the auto center today to get an oil change and a new battery and they also offer a $20 fuel inject service cleaning which takes 20 minutes but it's worth every penny my car is running like it's brand new they also did the oil change and change the battery faster than they had even expected I was able to walk over to Applebee's for lunch by the time I came back I got a few groceries and the car was ready couldn't have had a better time at Walmart in Kent and especially the auto center everyone there was very helpful including the mechanic who worked on my car

Nice and clean environment and super kid friendl! Recommended for others!
