After being misdiagnosed by numerous medical professionals, I finally got an intelligent doctor. He is direct and maybe a little arrogant, but by far this was one of the best experiences I have ever had medically.
He was extremely thorough with the carpal tunnel surgeries on both wrists that I went back when I had problems with my shoulder. He performed an acromioplasty for a shoulder impingement and it has now been at least 15 years + with no issues with any of the operations that he did.
I would highly recommend him unless you are thinned skinned like some of the other Karens who left a review.

Dr. Kay is an awesome doctor. He's very knowledgeable and easy talk to. He fixed my torn meniscus and shaved a bone spur at the same time. It was amazing that the pain was completely gone. I resumed all normal activity after two weeks.

Saw Dr. Kay for an lingering issue with wrist pain. He was very thorough and asked several questions during the exam. He went on to explain the possible issues and recommended some exercises to try prior to exploring surgical options. Within a few weeks, the pain subsided and I was back to normal.

The wait in d dr office is well worth the care he took with my husband's knee and his operation. He made sure he healed properly and made sure to explain everything. Going back and recommend him to everyone.

Did surgery on both of my shoulders for rotator cuff . Helped me through many hip and elbow problems, a fantastic doctor!!! best I ever had for this type of stuff!!!

Took mother to an appointment at 930 am and waited after 1 hour 15 m. Moved to another room and waiting. Had to ask why the wait is so long. Comment computer issues. Why won't we tell the patients instead of having to pursue info. I am from out of town and really a disrespect of our person time. An observation: doctors walking around with coffee in their hands.

it was my broken ankle. He totally dimissed my pain, did not suggest I go to PT . Have gone to another orto. since because of trouble with my ankle and he asked why didn;t you get PT on this ankle?! Dr. Kay Acted as if I were inferior

Honestly the worst experience I've had with a Doctor. I came in because of hip issues and was in a lot of pain and unable to walk normal when I came in , he was very insensitive and talked to me like what I was feeling wasn't a big deal , told me to" not baby myself"... Yea right surely I don't do that having to take care of 3 children all under the age of 7, never can , never have. Treated me like my pain was non- existant. I do not recommend seeing him unless you want to be treated like what your feeling doesn't matter or exist.

The worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. First time I go in to see him with ankle inflammation and pain his advice was to "walk normally on it". Within a week I had to go to the ER as I was unable to walk. Do not ask him any questions or else he will get defensive and tell you that you are imagining it all. I would avoid this doctor and the Crystal Clinic altogether if you have an option.

Don’t even try to go there. They asked me a lot of personal questions that I was not comfortable to respond. The nurse is too rude too. I was very uncomfortable with them.
