The environment is very clean, relaxing, and “zen” (but bring back the waterfall wall!).

Every therapist I have had has been wonderful. Kim gives THE best facials - her massage work is amazing!

The reception staff is always welcoming. Shout out to Kayla! She is an asset to Hand and Stone in every way.

This is my only splurge. I go once a month for a massage with Scarlet and sometimes Jessie. I also add a facial with Shelly now and then. They're all very skilled professionals.

I received a gift card for a facial here. Scheduling was super easy, and the entire experience was really relaxing. I plan on going back again.

Robert is the best holistic care massage therapist. He takes a full body approach that takes into account how your body works together (or how it’s not working). Will answer questions as you go, has a neat story as to why he got into all of this. Best massage I’ve had in a very long time, the only time I’ve seen this approach used in any massage franchise. Very grateful for his training!

He’ll do what you need, so just communicate clearly.

I’ve been going to Hand and Stone for facials for a while now and Monica is great!!! She is super friendly and so helpful! I didn’t know much about how to properly take care of my skin and since seeing her I’ve noticed a huge difference! My skin looks better than ever and I feel more confident on how to manage it and have learned so much! Definitely find yourself an esthetician who knows what they’re doing and cares about helping you learn more!

I had my first facial ever and I'm in my mid 50s. I was a bit nervous, but once I got into the room I has immediately put at ease! Monica was amazing! She
made sure I knew what she was going to do next and why; definitely put me at ease. I loved every minute and my skin was so soft and dewy... I'll be back!!

I had an incredibly relaxing facial along with a hot towel exfoliating treatment on hands and feet. So awesome! Monica is the best esthetician I have had. Very inviting, knowledgeable and soothing. She knew of lots of nice options too.
It restored my bad sun damaged skin, from all my sun exposure years in colorado. She gave me a skin care routine to follow, not complicated. And had no problem with my beard. Wonderful Magic!!!! I will be back

I had a very relaxing time with such a much needed release of tension. I had Jerry , she was very great and knew how to fix me and told me to leave all my stress and fears on the table… I highly recommend her and this place is very professional and clean facility!

The lady at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. I bought a gift card/membership as a present and the price on her computer vs the website were different. When I told her that the website price was less than what she said, she fixed the price immediately. She also gave me a few skincare samples to take home. Amazing customer service!

My skin felt terrific! Jen listened to my concerns and made a point to explain how the products she was using would address those concerns. She didn’t push me to buy a whole new line of products and was super supportive about the products I am using.

My first time at this location and my experience was great. I had a facial done by Shelly. Shelly provided a healing environment, she was very professional and knowledgeable. Will be returning!

It's always hard to choose between a massage or facial so just do one of each! For facials, go to Monica. Literally the best experience of my life! And she actually WANTS to help you with your skin, so she educates! You won't be disappointed! :)

I LOVE this location. If you haven’t had a massage done by Scarlet, this is your sign to go book with her! I remeber the first time I got a massage by her I wanted to cry!!😂 it was so nice to be told areas that were tense… especially when you think you are alone in your pain. She listens to what you want and really caters to your needs. She is so nice to talk to, very sweet, so down to earth, and she has the most nurturing personality. She’s the reason I bought a membership there! Also the lead Esthetican is great. The receptionists are always so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I was cancelled on once and from that point on they were always calling me telling me about cancellations and openings which was SO appreciated!! I also had a poor experience with a facial and they gave me a free one by the lead esti. Couldn’t reccomend this place enough. They genuinely care about the customers.

We just became members and my first experience there was great. There was a little change that needed to be made in my appointment time however they were very informative and up front. Because they had requested the change they offered me a free upgrade on my facial. I felt that was very generous. They are very customer oriented and try very hard to make your experience there a good experience. I look forward to my next appointment and the continued excellent service they provide.

jennifer is amazing! she provided me with THE most relaxing facial. I’ve been on the road for almost two months, and she got me to unwind and destress. highly recommend adding the cold stone massage on to your facial!

Hand & Stone is one of my favorite places to go! The front desk team is always so friendly and accommodating to my needs. It's super easy to book an appointment and to develop a relationship with a massage therapist. My favorite massage therapist at this location is Brandi! She always gives me really good advice to help me with my problem areas and makes me feel at home whenever I am there.

I've only ever had a massage once before, I'm not real keen on having this sort of thing done to/for me, but I was talked into trying it out, and I have to say...one of the most relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable experiences I've ever had. They were kind, patient, skilled, and by the end I've never felt so smooth, clean, and relaxed. I can't wait to go again.

My boyfriend has been very stressed lately and hasn't had the best mobility, complains about his back all the time. I got him a surprise massage and he came out completely different. He said Brandy did an amazing job and never tried to upsell but still have good recommendations. Didn't sign up for membership, but we definitely are thinking about it.

Had an amazing 1-hour facial here the other day. Got the aromatherapy add-on which is definitely a must, the clinician gives you several shoulder massages with the essential oils during your facial. The facial included several masks and even a delicious smelling pumpkin exfoliant which made my face feel super smooth. Definitely returning in the future!

Heather was the BEST!. I had never had massage. Been Suffering with very tight muscles on my dominant side. Felt very tense all the time because of the pain. After upper back massage felt relaxed. I will be back. Thank you Heather for a great experience for my first massage.
