Parkway Athletic Club (South)

Adrienne Does water fitness at the main location on Double Diamond Blvd. she is excellent she has two sessions one at 10 one at 11 on Fridays. She is in big demand. Her workouts are challenging enough for those of us that want a good workout and yet she has an easy alternative for those who need that. I hope they can get her to do some classes at their new location at St Marys hospital.

We ❤ The kids aquatics program!

We transferred here from another swim school in Reno and have loved everything about the 1:1 and small group swim lessons offered here.

Fred and his team of instructors do an amazing job and our sons have enjoyed this program far more than the previous one.

We have a lot on our schedule and in addition to the great instruction they offer a lot of different times for each level which has let us attend far more sessions each week than before we joined.

Can’t recommend this program enough.

I never imagined that working out with a trainer can be this much fun. With Jesse, time flies. You’ll find the routine to reach your goal. Parkway athletic club is big, clean, and has well maintained equipments recommended for all ages. The staff are also very friendly and responsive. Good luck every one.

Hands down best gym in Reno. We drive from Northwest Reno to South Reno, and it's worth it! They have several different programs and child care, and now they will be doing Martial Arts! I highly recommend at least going to check this gym out! It's not your typical run of the mill corporate gym!

Wonderful gym! Great set up, pool, saunas, hot tub! Everything you could want at a great price and location. Love working out here!

The gym itself is five stars for cleanliness, friendly staff, and new equipment. However, this review is mostly about the excellent youth swim lessons. My kids have been taking lessons here for two years, and we feel that the program, while always great, has vastly improved over the past six months. The instructors are in the pool engaged with the kids and helping them improve their strokes for the entire lesson. Thanks to this program, my kids are now excellent swimmers, but we continue to take them to lessons because the amount of exercise they get is unbeatable. At the prior swim program they attended, they were actually in the water swimming for about 8 minutes a week. At Parkway, they are swimming (laps at their level) and receiving instruction the entire 45 minute lesson. They go twice a week but could go three times a week for no additional fee. We also love that these indoor swim lessons are always on, even if the weather is bad or too smoky. Highly recommend!

Love the environment, it's not nearly as crowded as South Rac or 24 hr fitness where I used to go, so it gives you a lot of space, both physically & mentally, to train and workout. Also some very cool classes they have programmed and the gym is packed with many equipment, workout area and awesome functional training floor/area. Two racquetball courts too!

Best gym in South Reno! Friendly staff, excellent classes, good policy!! I came from the other gym nearby with an awful staff and people, and hands down for parkway!! Best ever!!!

The parkway athletic club I tried a week trial and it was one of the best gyms that I have seen in a while it is located in the South Meadows area of Reno and they got workout machines for the whole body they got a swimming pool showers a sauna steam room good place to check out but it's a little expensive

The staff here are always friendly. Luke has been an amazing trainer and staff member, always making the gym a great place to be. Thank you!

Best in Reno. Also enjoy the people I meet at this club. You will be impressed.

One word. Squash. It is a squash DESERT around here and I'm so glad PAC are keeping at least 1 court going.

Great choices of equipment. Staff is friendly and helpful.
