Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center

I was on vacation in Reno with friends. I wasn't feeling very well and the Hotel contacted local paramedics which evaluated me and transported me to the local Hospital, Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center. Upon arrival the Staff was very concerned and advised me of the protocol and tests that would be administered. It was very pleasant to be treated by very pleasant and informative Professionals. Upon receipt of all test results I was informed of my results. Then I was able to be released with advice to follow-up with my local Physician upon my arrival back home. They were able to calm me and explain what was going on with me.

All the staff that I had contact with were very polite, courteous, caring attitudes, and professional at the same time. I got the right diagnosis for my medical condition from a great doctor. Thank you to the staff for a very pleasant experience. My condition has improved and in a few more days I will be back to a more healthy condition. I got great advice from the doctor on how to get better.

Best Urgent Care experience , got into a ski accident on a saturday the whole staff was very accommodating, from the front desk to the radiology department , + Dr. Turich did a great job with my stitches and very caring, went to 2 plastic surgeons the next few days to have it checked, they were both very impressed with how she patched me up.

Went back on a thursday to get some documents, different staff but still as efficient, Ms. Perry was very accommodating and helpful , there was another Doctor we forgot to catch her name, equally as kind and comforting. Highly recommend . Very professional, very clean. Top notch health care service🙏🏼

I had a PET Scan at St. Marys and have nothing but great things to say about it. I got lost trying to find the building, but that was my own fault. Be sure to listen to the person giving you the address, not the address in the confirmation text! Check in was super easy, with the staff being courteous and prompt. The Scan tech, Andrea, is fabulous! She gave me all the info I needed to have a successful Scan prior to arrival, and thoroughly explained the procedure and time allotments. She is obviously vetted in the procedure and her "bedside" manner is wonderful. I would certainly recommend St. Marys for this procedure.

Ladies at the reception desk to check in were friendly and polite.
Didn't have to wait very long for admin lady to finish getting me signed in, med info, bracelet on, and listened to my story.
She took me to were I needed to go.
Techs in radiology were nice, Dr who put my PICC in was nice. They did their job. But I cried anyway :( just me, not them.
Wish I had taken my husband there 3 yrs ago instead of Renown, will never go there again.

I always get the best care and understanding from St. Mary’s. They always treat me with respect and NEVER make me feel like I am Nothing. I am so grateful and thankful that I NEVER have to go to the “Other” place again. Tim from Radiology was Kind to me while he was doing test on me. Thank You, EVERYONE at St. Mary’s!!

The E.R. doctors, nurses, and everyone working there were great. They were very thorough and compassionate. Then we went upstairs to a room and it was the same experience. This hospital is great. We are almost 200 miles from the hospital, but it is worth the drive to get the help you receive. Thank You everybody that was involved in my husband's visit.

Best Physical Therapy experience ever! Mary is so knowledgeable & kind. My first experience @ St. Mary's with a practioner who actually focused on me & was really interested in helping. Usually they just type (they're great typists). Modern medicine controlled by insurance companies is a nightmare for human beings.

I loved the people who helped me at St. Mary's hospital. Everyone treated me so kindly and answered basically every question I had that they had the knowledge of. I asked a lot of questions too.my main RN's, one who was there with me during a lot of the day and one that was there with me most the night were so good. I was several states away from home when I suddenly had to make my way to St. Marys. I would have rather be than the hospital in my own home state. Thank you all

The team was so sweet. Every nurse on every shift always made sure I had what I needed/wanted. They always took the extra step to make sure I was cared for. I loved having conversations with them, they were open and professional. I feel like I was able to relax. Thank you saint Mary’s!

Saint Mary’s treated me very well!! I must say the most outstanding service. They didn’t hound me or insist that I wasn’t experiencing anything major, like most other health facilities. They treated me like a human being in pain and was very fast and efficient with finding the source and performing an emergency surgery with the upmost professionalism!!

I want to share my experience with the
two days I spent hospitalized at Saint Mary's on the fifth floor. I want to thank two nurses in the ER Department. One was a first-year, and the other was the instructor. Great job by those two ladies, and also to the doctor who took care of me in the ER. Of my two nurses, one I know was Anna from the morning shift, And I missed the other one, but she was from Dallas, Texas. I want to thank both of them for their bedside manner personally. Both of these ladies rocked it. Excellent care was provided. Thank you to both of them

I was amazed at what a good experience it was at the ER and getting scans. Most of the people I interacted with really looked out for me and were very kind and competent. There was one doctor who offered some poor advice, but by the end, a better doctor overrode him and really worked with me to get me out of there.

Great staff and quickly in & out. I had a microdiscectomy performed by Dr. Rappaport from the Sierra Regional Spine Institute at Saint Marys. Wonderful Doctor.
I came to Saint Mary's for the pre-op labs and they were extremely quick and professional. I then had my operation 05/06/24, I arrived at 7am and they had me in a room getting changed by 7:20am. IV was placed in, they went over everything twice to make sure we were completely informed, and I was in surgery by 9:30am. I was in recovery around 1pm and was released by 2:15pm. Over all great experience, extremely fast and extremely professional. Many thanks to the O.R. team, Dr. Rappaport, and all the staff.

I always have a great experience when I have any procedure at St Mary's Hospital. The staff goes beyond their duty to make you feel comfortable and not push you out because they have to many patients. You definitely feel pampered!

The first time I went in, the doctor botched the procedure. The hospital agreed a redo without charge. I didn't wait long to get it done. The second doctor was great and thorough. He made sure we had enough sample for the pathologist. I first doctor didn't. The nurses were great and friendly.

I recently found myself in need of hospital care and went to St. Mary’s Regional Hospital in Reno, NV. The services and care provided by all the staff were above and beyond. Thank you for uplifting my spirits and demonstrating such professionalism and kindness in your profession.

Excellent experience. Staff was very kind yet professional. Isaiah and Morgan were very nice. I’m tall so the bed was a little short but that happens. Overall I don’t think it could have gone any better. Thx to all

I was scared as I sat waiting to be called. I asked myself silently, what don't I know about my body. What will this ultrasound show. The nurse was so kind, knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. What else could I have asked for. For me, this emotional experience that day, I lacked for nothing. Thank my nurse and your staff so very much.

I have very positive experience, with my visit at St Mary’ Radiology department. The technicians Cecilia., is such a great person., she knows what she’s doing… she’s very gentle and very calming person towards me I’m hoping she will still be there when i visit next year… THANK YOU SAINT MARY’S HOSPITAL
