Sales representative for the cologne was super good at her job I love when the sales reps actually know what there talking about went in there to see how the Gucci cologne and perfume is (as we never had any before) and she was great I will be back to buy that cologne!

So many perfumes and cologne's to be able to find the perfect ones for my older kids and love they have gift sets for my early Christmas shopping I do..

Had to run In here tonight to find a last minute formal dress. I’m not sure where Dillard’s finds these employees in Cheyenne, but this was the best customer service experience. Every employee was helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond for me, even helping me match a tie for my husband to my dress. The girls in the intimates section were particularly amazing and kind.

I bought some pj's and they are the most soft and warm jammies. Perfect for the wyoming winters. The gal Ruby was more than helpful and willing to run back & fourth to the dressing room accommodating me with the right size. That kind of customer service is exceptional and hard to find people willing to do so. She is truly a gem for Dillard's.

Went here in search of a perfume I've been trying to find for awhile was a very pleasant experience the lady that helped me find it was truly wonderful and extremely kind!

Clean and helpful sales people

I love this store. The sales help were wonderful. Very professional, helpful, friendly and actually sounded as if they really enjoyed working there. A well stocked store. Very neat. Very nice quality items.

We went in there about a month ago to look at their luggage. They had many brands that were on sale. A sales girl asked if we needed any help. We said we were still looking and thinking about what we wanted. After thinking and talking about it for a few hours we went back. The sales girl helped us with information about the brand we wanted. They had two pieces of black carry on Pathfinder and one piece of black check in Pathfinder luggage. We took all three pieces. They were on sale at about a third of the retail listed price. A very good deal. The sales girl was very helpful showing us everything about the luggage. She was very knowledgeable in that area of the store. For the low sale price the quality of that luggage will last a long time. Five stars for the sale priced luggage and the helpful sales girl.

We were shopping for dresses which they had quite a good selection. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We spent a few hours in the store so my daughter could find the perfect dress and the staff was very patient and had good ideas and suggestions. Overall very pleased with our experience!

Zoey is a lifesaver! Needed some clothes to gift to my girlfriend and didn’t quite know what to buy. Zoey was so friendly and helped me pick out the perfect outfits! I don’t know what you pay her but I can promise it isn’t enough. 10/10 will be shopping with Zoey again.
