The Right Choice!
In selling my sister's property, I needed help. I interviewed several realtors and went with Edgar, due to his responsiveness, listening skills, track record, willingness to guide and assist me, and his sincerity. while I am naming Edgar, this is about him and his team. we met and set up a plan on what needed to be done, and we did the part we needed to do (cleaning out the house), and then worked with Edgar regarding what needed to be fixed, what was not worth fixing and how we were going to get it done. Edgar was available every step of the way and willing to let us do what we wanted to do, and willing to step in to do anything else that needed to be done. He coordinated the repairs and negotiated extremely good rates for what needed to be done. He said that once we were done he would get everything done in two week. I am talking repairs, deep cleaning, staging, everything to be ready for the open house. He did in less and I could not recognize the house after he was done. It was awesome! He offered options for the listing price, and the reasons why, and was extremely competent in the negotiations and in assisting us on making decisions, and providing the market expertise so we knew why we chose the way we went. Edgar and The Sark Group helped my family and buy a home in a crazy market recently. Being a first time home buyer, we had a lot of questions and didn't know where to begin really. He connected us with his lender and from start to finish the process was stress-free. When we toured the home we bought, we knew it was the one.
