Thank you Portsmouth Naval! The staff were knowledgeable, patient and kind.

The woman at the front desk was talking on her cell phone the whole time I was there and extremely rude. I asked her a question and she acted like “how dare you ask me to do my job”. Not a minute later a Chief walked up to her and asked her an honest question and as soon as he walked off she gave the eye roll of the century. How dare someone interrupt her personal phone call while she’s on the clock at the front desk. Is this the treatment our veterans and service members deserve? So incredibly rude and entitled. I will direct any fellow service member far from here.

Takes months to get in to be seen. On 2 separate occasions went in to get assessed for disability rating and both times was sent away being told I didn't have the right records, despite having explicitly asked what I needed to bring and bringing those things. Seems like they invent some new reason not to do their jobs every time I'm there.

No one ever answers the phone. So sad.
