The staff at this location is awesome. Despite the Old Bay shortage they tried to help me find it. Jamal was friendly and helpful with his knowledge of it not coming on shipments.

Not only am I a customer at food Lion I'm also an employee so I love the prices the deals and definitely the MVP card it's always very clean and organized and our customer service is top notch even with the area that we're in!

I personally like this Food Lion because it seems to be pretty well stocked and I've always been able to get decent produce here. also the few times I've needed help with something the employees actually answered my questions in a friendly way and seemed very willing to help me. Also the prices seem pretty good, I believe in most instances they are comparable to the bigger stores. Also they happen to have a couple of great deals on items I needed the day I stopped by.

Don't worry Food Lions got you covered. Shelves are stocked, people are social distanceing, clerks and staff are friendly plus wearing their mask properly. It's my kinda place and you should make it yours. Stay positive but stay negative.

Greatly improved in so many ways: very pleasant and professional staff, helpful too. The variety of organic produce is a BIG plus for me. Great selection of meats.
Wish they still sold fresh baked bread but I still find most of what I need here. Grateful for high quality food available in downtown Portsmouth! Thanks Food Lion, you got my vote.

Haven't been here since I left from Middletown Del back to Philadelphia I love this place good food, prices are right and employees are nice and helpful this is the Maryland location and it's as good as the one in Delaware.

This is my favorite store it's close to the house .it has a little bit of everything in the store. Everyone that works there is kind, helpful ,they treat you like family there.

There was a gentleman there that assisted me with putting my two cases of water in my basket and offered to put them in my car for me too. The cashier was pleasant and helpful.
I enjoyed my visit and will return.

Gentleman with glasses and dreads with green tips that works there is very helpful. He helped put my groceries on the counter. Then he was gathering carts and offered to help me out them in my vehicle. Thank you sir

There are so many deals that help save you so much money. Going there compared to going to Walmart I cut my food bill in half. It's so wonderful and the employees are so kind and more than willing to help. I highly recommend.

The fruits and vegetables were fresh and multiple registers were open for relatively quick service. The redesign was confusing at first but the staff was friendly and helpful

Food Lion is a very great store, prices may be high on somethings, but I love how Food Lion make sure they are in neighborhoods that people can't get to stores easily because of transportation, and Food Lion do have very good sales weekly
