There are times when things fall into place so perfectly that you just don't know how your life could have ended up otherwise. Julia came into our lives when we were struggling, and what an absolute wonder woman she is. She was there every single step of the way when we were selling our home as well as buying our dream home; not a single thing was overlooked, not a single complaint uttered about our many questions, and nothing felt uncomfortable or terrifying when handled by her. She worked extremely hard at 9 o'clock at night to put in exactly the right kind of offer that would get the home we wanted, and it was a success. She is an AMAZING agent, and everyone associated with her is fantastic -- the loan officer she recommended was also incredible to work with, and the person handling our home insurance is wonderful. Every step of the process was made so much easier with Julia in our corner. Thank you, Julia, for just being there, even if only to listen to our concerns. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to handle a real estate transaction, not in a million years.

We can't say enough good things about the service Julia Galleher and her team provided for my husband and I when we sold our house. We travel a lot and we were a little worried how that would work, but she was very accommodating and worked our sale meticulously. Her extensive experience made for excellent advice. We followed her advice and got top dollar for our home and it sold very quickly! Everything closed with out a hitch! The entire transaction was so smooth, easy and worry free. She of course went the extra step to refer us to several agents in TN to assist us in buying a home here in the Nashville area. Julia worked with us to find and purchase the house we have always wanted. She took a great deal of time to understand our desires and requirements. When we found the house we wanted Julia handled all of the negotiations and did an outstanding job of representing us and made the process very easy.
Julia also represented us in the sale of our house. We got clear and concise guidance. We had multiple offers, leading to being under contract quickly. Unfortunately the Covid pandemic hit and we had a number of contracts fall through. As each contract fell trough Julia had new offers within a day or two. We sold the house for more than our asking price in an extremely challenging market.

My absolute favorite thing about her is that you always feel like her only client. However, she is a top selling agent so I know that isn't the reality. She has extensive knowledge of the real estate world and if she personally can't answer a question she has an extensive network that can. I recently closed on my first purchase as a single woman. Julia kept me sane through a difficult, hard fought sale and was the greatest cheerleader when I was discouraged. Only Julia would show up, drill in hand to install water heater straps to pass appraisal at 10pm at night. You will not find a more knowledgeable, dedicated agent. Julia is amazing. She helped us sell our house. Prior to selling she came over and helped us go through our house and decide what would be most beneficial to fix and what would not be worth it. She had great ideas of what we could do to be most cost effective. When we decided last minute to move up our selling date she was able to quickly get everything in order so we could list the date we wanted to. Within a few days we had multiple offers. Julia kept us up to date on what offers we had recieved and which in her opinion would be best for us. We quickly accepted an offer and Julia's whole time was on top of all the signing and anything that needed to happen. We had a few hiccups with the inspector and Julia was so professional and able to help us work through every issue. Then when our house was being appraised the appraisor was having a hard time justifying the offered price. Julia wrote an awesome email stating how we had multiple offers and a few other factors and the appraisor agreed with her and we were able to get our full offered price. Julia was a dream to work with. Always willing to answer any questions or concerns we had. When the time comes for us to buy again we will definitely be using her again. I highly recommend her and her staff for your home buying and selling needs!
