I've been going to them for about 6 years. I don't know them by name but they are a real genuine sweet family ❤They have always and still do an outstanding job on dry cleaning my husband dress shirts and my dresses she even fixed a snag in my husband sweater that I knew was just ruined.
Give them a try you won't be disappointed they are one of our best decisions we ever made to take our clothes.

I can attest to the hard work these people put into their store. They have prompt service and are very pleasant people. They are very accommodating to their customers and produce fantastic results. My sport coat has never looked better! You can't beat the prices either. I highly recommend them.

Michelle at Natural Cleaners is amazing!! I took an old piece of a dress I found at my grandmothers house to her and she transformed it into the most beautiful wedding dress for me at an incredibly reasonable rate. The dress is gorgeous and Michelle was so easy and fun to work with. She had great ideas about what we could do with the style of the dress that I hadn't even thought of! I've added some picture of my gown including a before and a few after to show how Michelle created my dream dress! She opened the back up on the dress and hand sewed the extra beads around the opening and around the waistline. On top of at, she created a custom train and veil to match using the same beads. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and the shop!!!

A little back story. I took my child’s First Communion dress and my husband’s Dress shirt to a different place. The dress had a black mark on it on the top right shoulder (I bought it new and it had it on there) my husband’s shirt had some stains on it from a previous occasion. I had taking both items to another dry cleaner and was told to come back in a week and they will be ready. When I arrived he handed my shirts and said to dress was out in his car so I went with him. He handed me my dress and I put it in my car and left. While at home I took to shirt out of the bag to see that the stains were still on the shirt and I opened my dress to see that the mark on the shoulder was still there along with a new one at the bottom of the dress. I called him and he told me that they could not get them out. I wanted to cry I had just paid a lot of money for both items to get clean and now I’m back to square one and now with a new stain on the bottom of the dress. I didn’t feel like going back and having them mess it up anymore so I looked for a new place.

Natural Cleaners was the best place ever! Michelle and Jeff are the owners and are wonderful. I walked in and told them about my previous experience with the other place and they were so caring and very professional. Not only did they get the satin out of my daughters dress they also got the new stain the other place left behind and also taken care of my husband dress shirt. It took them less than a week to get my item back to me and they were perfect in every way. I can’t stop taking about how great a job they did in a short time frame. If I were able to give this place 100 stars I would. There place is very clean no harsh chemical smell and very friendly. Pricing is reasonable and I wish I had gone to them the first time around. Natural Cleaners is the best in town, I am now looking for other things that I can take in to get clean!

Had a great first time experience! I had brought my son's extra dirty white football jersey in to be cleaned on short notice; brought it in on a Wednesday evening and had it ready by Friday morning clean and ready to wear. They were super friendly and even cleaned it 3 times to get the stains completely out that I thought would never come out.

The service is professional and the prices are reasonable as a matter of fact their prices are lower that the other competitors around Chesapeake, VA. This is a safe and reliable business that I willingly support and will continue to do so. You can't go wrong when you go Natural.

the lady is so sweet and does BEAUTIFUL alterations I had the waist of two pairs of jeans taken in and she made them flawless! and very affordable.
