We drove from Tennessee to purchase a Jeep from Monarch motors. They were very professional and extremely easy to deal with, especially dealing with a buyer 400 miles away. Their communication was excellent and the Jeep was everything we were expecting and no surprises whatsoever. Buying process was smooth and they had everything ready when we got there to get us back on the road going home quickly. We could not be happier and I’d be happy to recommend them to anyone. Thanks for making the buying experience so easy and setting an example for my 17 year old daughter of how car buying should be.

I had gotten a 2013 Cherry Red Nissan Sentra. Great car, runs perfect , even after I’ve driven some miles on it. Even better I was able to get the car for a low price, they have great prices on cars. The staff were very friendly, answered all my questions and even helped me with the DMV info. I felt like I was at home. Definitely would recommend anyone to stop by and get a car through Monarch. Thank you guys again back at the office, loving the vehicle.

They're good guys. It's used cars for the most part, so do expect that. But they're more than willing to work with you on any issues and offer a *lot* of help for maintenance. They stand behind what they sell. Got a good price on my Honda as well.

This review is for my dad (Ricky Tillman). He purchased me a Ford F150 King Ranch from here. My brother and my mom drove up to Virginia from Kinston NC to pick it up. They have been fantastic to do business with from start to finish with this purchase. We had never laid eyes on this truck in person, we purchased the truck over the phone trusting what they had to say about it and they didn’t let us down. It was just as they said, it was in great condition, nothing wrong with it and even offered us a little warranty with it. They were upfront about the truck and easy to work with. We would easily drive up from NC just to do business with him again.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Monarch Motors and it was top notch from start to finish! Management was very friendly and communicated throughout the whole process (even calling when there was any change in the service that needed to be performed). When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the mechanic talked me through what he did as well as showing me old parts and new parts that were used. Coming from a mechanical background I do not normally let others work on my car. Unfortunately, I could not do this repair myself. Monarch Motors did a great job for a great price. I will never take my car to another shop.

I had nothing but a great experience with the Monarch Motors team. Karna and Ryan made the whole experience streamline and went out of their way to ensure that we were taken care of from beginning to end. Nothing is perfect with a used vehicle (especially one that is 13 years old!) and where most salesmen would just brush you off, Karna offered his services to help when we found a VERY MINOR issue with our vehicle. That is not to say that the vehicle isn't outstanding and you can tell they really make sure that these vehicles are vetted.

The guys at Monarch Motors are beyond 5 stars! The whole sales experience was one of the best I have ever had with any purchase. From the test driving to the selection we were looking for to the paper work. It was low pressure which is something you don’t always get in the auto industry, but I truly appreciated it. Also the service end has been great to. There is onsite service and maintenance no waiting around forever which is nice none of that I sold you a used car you’re on your own. No pressure, deeply concerned and honest salesman, owner and mechanic! In a world where dishonesty and overpriced used cars are the norm, this place is in stark contrast. Very pleasant experience. Everyone at Monarch are just the best people. The vehicle we bought was a 2007 and has been great! They agreed to provide the labor on a couple of after market things we wanted to replace and add, and did an awesome job installing. Extremely reputable, nice, and do great work!

My experience at Monarch Motors was not what I expected. I was not looking for an expensive car. I expected to find the same beat up sale cars I had seen at the other places. What I found was a clean, inspected and mechanically fit car. They had not just grabbed something at the sale and stuck it on the lot. It was detailed, the oil changed and mechanically checked out by their on-site mechanic. I was assured by Karna, my salesman, that they would stand behind it if I had any problems. Frankly, like at many other places, I'd heard that before. Two weeks after buying the car my son informed me that the turn signal would no longer self cancel, it just stayed on. I called Karna to test his word. Surprisingly, he told me to bring it in. Long story short, they replaced the entire mechanism in the steering column, at a cost to them of over $300. No deductible, no out of pocket on my part at all. I was astounded. I began to think I had found a dealership that would treat people right. Since then I have brought my own personal car, that I did not buy from him, in for repair. I was treated equally well. The repairs were done quickly and correctly. Not for free, but at a fair price. I own three BMW's and I know my cars. I have finally found a gem, and someone I actually feel I can trust with my cars. I highly recommend Karna and Ryan if you need a car or repair.

Bought our Suv there about 3 week ago and I couldn't be anymore happier. I was in the hunt for finding a used suv that I can use to and from work. Such a professional and well ran business, I’ve been taking my vehicle here since day 1 and refuse to take it anywhere else. Not like most places that try to get every dollar out of you, prices are the best around and you leave knowing you and your vehicle were well taken care of.
