Well, I have moved in Palm Bay 12 days ago and I wanted to mention to who ever would want to sell their houses or buy one and you need a realtor, I have to say that my realtor Steve Snyder of hovenrealestate has surprised me with the service he gave me!!!!!He was very attentive to what I wanted and did an extraordinary job keeping me posted and also pointing out stuff that I had not seen in houses.
I couldn't believe it!!! Very conscientious, professional, he has integrity ,great communication skills, experience and really dedicated!!! He's the first realtor that amazed me like that with only great qualities. That's why I think that it's important to let people know in case they need a realtor.

She had the skills and knowledge to recommend a listing price that got us more for our home than we ever expected. The experience was low stress, which was great for us since we had moved to Texas and our home was vacant while it was listed. Lindsey held several open house events, let us know when we needed yard work, and in general just made sure there was a presence so it didn't have the appearance of a vacant home. Tried to purchase a home that Hoven Real Estate was selling. Unfortunately, unable to make purchase because the realtor was playing too many games. I’ve never seen anything like it!!! Would never recommend this agency! There were so many contingencies that they were trying to put in place - that I’m not sure how anyone can purchase a home that Hoven is trying to sell!! Again, find yourself an agency that is reputable and has common sense!!!
