Another great experience ! My wife and I pulled into Palm Bay not knowing a soul. We were introduced to Jose and immediately felt comfortable. We had approached the home buying process completely backwards. He was extremely patient with us and got us straightened out. After that the deal went smooth as could be. Great experience and quick. I had been searching for a realtor and calling around and there was no return calls. I became a little skeptical about the area but once I contacted Ira and Lisa I had information about homes in the area that met my specifications by the end of the day and had picked a home that I loved by the end of the week. They are just great all around... from the professionalism in business to giving me tips about places I should visit since I'm new to the area. They go over and beyond.
