Newly added brunch items are amazing. The conchita is delicious, like french toast… but even better. Cazuela is also a must try.

We have started coming here more often with the new ownership. They are so nice and the food is great. Husband always gets the carne asada cause it’s always super tender. I wander around the menu and am never disappointed. Plus their salsa is always fresh and yummy!

I know some people say “inside needs to be updated”, etc. But with how expensive things have gotten, I’m happy to walk across carpet that’s a few years old or use a restroom that doesn’t have the most up to date style tiles to enjoy delicious food. As a side note, I would also struggle as a business owner to sink tens of thousands of dollars into updating a place for it to be the benefit for the landlord that will just turn around and raise my rent.

Easily the best pollo en crema Chipotle I've had anywhere.
The flavor, spice and amount of food is just perfect.
If I have any complaints it's only getting 3 tortillas but I definitely filled up before even finishing my meal.

We've been to La Fuente in the past before the new management and didn't find the food as flavorful. This time it was really good. Slightly expensive compared to my Midwest Mexican places, but the food here is delicious. Service is quick, the interior is dated but clean, and the people are friendly. The margaritas are good, too.
I'd recommend the chipotle chicken if you like a great grilled chicken dish and my wife liked the shrimp dish she got.

We'll be back!

Best brunch in Fairwood. Chilaquiles were great.

My family comes here as often as we can. This is a fantastic place, friendly staff, fabulous food, and a very relaxing atmosphere. Best salsa I've ever had, and I'm not really a salsa person.

For a while we stopped coming as we were busy with a newborn, but even over a year later we walked in the door and they remembered our order! I couldn't even believe it, absolutely phenomenal staff and food.

We moved 2 towns over and it's still our go-to Mexican food place. Worth the drive.

A pretty good sit-down Mexican place with free chips and room for large parties. The plates are enormous and well worth the price, and everything our party had was great. Helpful staff when it came to recommendations. I plan on going back for sure

I think they could use some new chairs/furniture as a lot of it is quite old and best up, but this is a minor comment

I'm from TX so picky when it comes to Mexican food. This place is sooo GOOD!! I had the Fri lunch special. Everything was amazing especially the tamales, which imo are the hardest thing to get right. I'll definitely be back

My boyfriend and I decided to try this place close to his house. This place is SUPER AMAZING!! I got the combo chicken/beef fajitas and he got 3 fish tacos combo with 2 corn and 1 flour!! Super delicious! I posted this just after 1 bite! You have to come here it's delicious!

The new owners have done a great job. The food and service was great. I was in on convo de mayo and it was amazing

First time I've been here since before the pandemic. Food is great! Waiter was friendly and checked on us several times.

Making a comeback! I wouldn't know of their true past, but we went one time after moving to the neighborhood in 2020 and never went back since we were asked if we wanted tequila with every bite of our chips and salsa... We recently heard they were under new ownership and had to check it out (yes during the transition) and the least I could say is, we are very excited. The fajitas are bomb and I've never seen my kids eat their entire burrito, anywhere. Anywho, they promise queso will be on their menu and we'll definitely be checking in weekly until it arrives ;). Excited to have a great Mexican joint in the neighborhood. 10 out of 10.

The food here is wonderful and the staff are all very friendly. My husband loves the Cadillac margaritas🍹. I felt comfortable having dinner alone when my husband was in the hospital and rehab for a couple of months.

Wow! I was really surprised at the awesome food they serve. They have a rib eye steak so tender you can cut it with a fork rather than a knife. It's fantastic. The owner cooked it personally. What a superb job he did. The food they serve comes on very large plates because they give you so much food. The food is so good. The waitress was awesome. They have a nice bar adjacent to the restaurant. I enjoyed my dinner here immensely. And definitely will go here again and again. They have a great menu! Lots to choose from.
