I had the best breakfast of my life I encourage all to go there and experience what is a delightful place it is.

It's a place where they need to feel like family. The food was excellent. They do offer daily specials. The wait staff is awesome.

The food came really fast. It wasnt crowded at all so we ate peacefully. A breakfast meal and a lunch meal came out to $14. Fantastic price for food and it was good.

Great place for a traditional breakfast. Especially for veterans.
Prices are quite moderate and food is always good. Staff are "grown-up" who know their business.
Several veterans associations hold their meetings there. Mostly every Wednesday.
I've become a regular customer.

You're missing a great meal, great service and a really pleasant experience if you don't check this place out. I've been living in this area for 10 years and had never been there until last Friday. I can assure you that I will definitely be there once a week. I'm sorry that I just discovered it. If you're looking for excellent home cooked food, served by a very friendly and capable server in a very clean establishment...you owe it to yourself to treat yourself to this place. The prices and portions are unbelievable! It reminds me of the way our meals used to be shared.....talking, laughing and just taking our time to enjoy the whole experience. Also a bonus, it's serviced by DoorDash (the delivery service that has finally caught on in this area!) which is a great service for when you can't get out.

My opinion this place knocks Cracker Barrel out of the water! Price of food and the amount you get at Old Village is better in flavor and is not served from a warmer like Cracker Barrel.
By far better economically a better choice.

The folks at The Old Village Restaurant are very friendly and courteous, and they treat you just like family. The food is amazing. My grandson and I went to The Old Village Restaurant for breakfast and the food was so good that we could not help ourselves, we just kept ordering more. They are only open from 7am - 1 pm, so plan accordingly and get to The Old Village Restaurant for breakfast and then for lunch, make a day of it, LOL!

These women turned my frown upside down after being disappointed by Southern Sister's Cafe a few weeks ago. Southern Sister's never gave me my food even after a 25 minute wait. Not only did the ladies at Old Village make me laugh; their food and service was great!! Very quick!! Good portion for the price too. I do plan on going back!! All this time, great breakfast was right around the corner from home!! Great job ladies!!

The home atmosphere was very awesome and employees were very helpful and friendly as she was very courteous to our family. Food was very good and never had to ask for refills on our drinks. We are very satisfied with the results of our visit and will surely recommend this restaurant to everyone. The prices of the food was very good and am glad we chose to eat dinner at this Old Village restaurant. Thanks

Always a solid breakfast. Comes out fast, Wendy is usually our waitress and she always has a good attitude and a sense of humor. It's great breakfast food for a very cheap price. It's an Eau Gallie original and a hidden gem.

Good food good price and friendly staff you will not leave here hungry they have good portions of food

Went for lunch with my sister and it was great. Old Village is a breakfast and lunch place that closes at 2pm. We walked in at noon and were immediately greeted, sat and asked if we wanted sweet tea before we even got menus. You can get both breakfast and lunch. One of the lunch specials that day was spaghetti and it looked very good. I got the Village Special sandwich which is a grilled ham and cheese with sauteed onions like a patty melt, French fries and coleslaw. My sister got a small BBQ beef sandwich with onion rings and slaw. And we finished off with pecan pie. Everything was very good. My sandwich was crispy and cheesy with just the right amount of onions. The beef sandwich was tender. Both the fries and onion rings were well done and the slaw was both creamy and a bit tangy. The portions aren't huge but very nice for lunch. I was sorry to have missed the coconut creme and banana creme pies but the pecan was excellent and you could get it a la mode if you liked. The bill was thirty dollars which I think was quite reasonable for sandwich platters, drinks and dessert. The waitress even brought a small pitcher of tea over for our table so we wouldn't have to wait for refills. It definitely is a locals place as it seemed the staff knew most of the customers by name and what they wanted even before they ordered. The restaurant was very clean and decorated with a patriotic theme and the bathroom was extremely clean. There was no a/c in the bathroom just an open window but it was probably one of the cleanest restaurant bathrooms I've been in. If get down to Aurora Rd again I would definately eat there again.

Great homemade food. Best Minestrone soup I ever had , best fried chicken, light and crispy coating and moist and tender chicken, even the white meat! Cornbread is to die for! My new favorite place.

Locally owned and operated. Excellent food and great price for the food you get. Breakfast and lunch menu/hours. Been around as long as I can remember and it's always a good experience. Support small business!

Love this place....friendly people....good service... good good ..... it's like home cooked food not that processed run of the mill stuff.... it's a laid back... relaxed atmosphere.... biscuits and sausage gravy is excellent .... my daughter and I eat here about twice a week before she goes to school... it starts her day and my off days off right.... we love it....

Very good food with friendly service. I had breakfast with Country fried steak, hashbrowns and two perfectly cooked eggs.

The new owners have really out did themselves! The French toast was amazing! And the service was quick and welcoming. Definitely will be coming back.

My mew favorite restaurant for breakfast and lunch. "Never too late for breakfast, never too early for lunch" is their slogan.
Excellent breakfast fare. I highly recommend the pancakes (fresh blueberries in the blueberry pancakes). Best scrambled eggs I've had in quite a while.
Atmosphere is cosy and comfortable. Mostly tables but not too close together. No loud noises or distracting TV's.
