Upgraded my phone and sevice today 3/14/24. Ashley was fantastic! Really helpful explaining my options for myself and my wife. Garrett was excellent also. Big thank you to both!!!

Run to this location and switch to T-Mobile now! I was trying to get a better and cheaper plan than Verizon and when I went there I got Patrick Olson as my representative. He did a FANTASTIC job explaining all my options with patience and knowledge, and was nice and friendly! I ended up saving a lot of money and getting a much better plan. Thank you, Patrick for the great service and savings!

Incredible attention and customer service! They helped me set up my iPhone 13 Pro which was not cooperating with the transfer and also the eSIM. It took ours and they did everything and it took hours! The store closed at 7 and they were still attending customers and stayed with me almost by ten o clock to set up my phone which was and make sure that everything had transferred. Special thanks to Miguel, Zaine and David, they will help with any issues that you have and will do anything in their to help you, really great talk while they helped set up the phone and made time go past by faster! 100% recommended!!! Great service gave me a great deal set the system up right there so all I had to do was go home and plug it in and the price is locked in. I recommend people to switch to the T-Mobiles internet also staff was very knowledgeable about the product explained everything and courteous
