Well let me start by saying, Excellence Professionalism above and beyond and a real pleasure to work with and get to know, and this describes my new Insurance agent Tammy Flynn the absolute best! In January this year I was forced to get new home owners Insurance because All Florida Family Insurance was dropping customers really nice right take your money for years and drop you! So I was told to call the Insurance Center Of Central Florida and this is we’re I was introduced to Mrs Flynn. She helped me to find a very top Quality home inspection company who was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and that company is Loricon Inspection Services who I definitely recommend and upon completion of my inspection Mrs Flynn took action and got me my new home owners policy with better coverage and a better price! I was so impressed with Mrs Flynn that I have purchased my flood insurance, auto insurance and motor cycle insurance with Mrs Flynn and better coverage and a better price! So again let me just say if you like Professionalism, Quality, and top notch service responsiveness, she calls right back when you call and leave a message then you need to call the Insurance Center of Central Florida and ask for Mrs Tammy Flynn and let the experience begin !!!!!!

I have been working with Frank for over 10 years & have always received over 5 star service from his office! We have several polices personal and business that they help manage and they are always on top of it trying to find the best polices while saving us money in the process. I have been doing business with you since 2013 when Frank was the owner of this firm. I want to tell whoever is now in charge and is either the owner or Tammy's supervisor that if she wasn't with your company nor would I be. I have so many policies with you that I have lost count. If it wasn't for Tammy Flynn, I would not know what I have with you. This lady is professional, courteous, knows her stuff, educated, and the best description of all NEVER says No to a client. She does more things than you people will ever know. She takes servicing the account to another level beyond our stratosphere. If your customer service department had one tenth the knowledge and professionalism that she has, you would have double or triple your business. Though I have nothing bad to say about Sandy Barboza. I just started dealing with her and so far, I am impressed. Tammy had to have something to do with her training. I cannot tell you how to run your business. But, if you don't take care of this employee financially, you should be ashamed of yourselves. If McDonalds can pay someone $20.00 an hour to flip burgers, Tammy Flynn must be worth her weight in GOLD!!!
