I had several issues to resolve and Eric & Brandon were both very helpful! Eric went above and beyond when I brought a new issue to him… instead of just saying “I don’t know,” he researched it really quickly and resolved my issue!

I walked into this store seeking options to upgrade not only 3 phones but our plan too. Cole, the store manager, was amazing!!! He heard my needs and gave me a detailed explanation of my options. Oh the guys in T mobile are great they know their stuff and are very good. The only reason I went to this one is because the one on s.r. 50. I bought a new phone and they were great to. But I was embarrassed to go and ask them something else about my phone. But both of these stores they ALL know their stuff. Thank goid ess. Can't say enough good things about them

I had been trying to upgrade to a new iphone and I kept getting the run-around from Sprint and T-mobile. One day I decided to try again and dropped in the T-mobile store. Nicole took her time asking me questions and researching the reason why I couldn't upgrade to a new phone. Nicole found the reason and made things happen. Nicole is a motivated employee and T-mobile should be proud to have her as an employee. Nicole delivers first class costumer service.

My husband and I went in to switch to T-Mobile and get our daughter her first cell phone. Thomas was extremely helpful and took excellent care of us. He even setup my daughters new phone with her and customized it to her liking. Such awesome customer service! We really appreciate it!

We highly recommend them! Monique was the best!! She was extremely patient and knowledgeable. We were there to upgrade from an android phone to an iPhone and found the process very easy. They are also gay friendly, thumbs ups for this store. The wait time can be frustrating if lots of customers are there, but they make it up by giving you the 1-on-1 attention till you are happy. we will be doing our business here from now on.

Nicole was the absolute best person to work with! I came in with my family wanting to switch from Verizon. I was with them for 16 years and finally had enough with their lousy coverage. So not only was she able to save me money on my bill, she helped me get Wi-Fi in my home. Which I have never been able to do in 16 years. I am so incredibly happy .. she was amazing! Make sure she stays there and I’ll stay with T Mobile forever. Thank you Nicole … you made a huge difference in our lives.

Candace was extremely helpful! I came in and needed a new phone, a new iPad and a new account and she made the process very pleasant for me. She even helped entertain my kids during the long process! Great experience at this sprint store. Also Kat and josh were very helpful this week with my questions. Amazing customer service!

Just want to give credit, when credit is due. Was at the Sprint Store in Spring Hill, And Sprint Customer Service was outstanding with Joseph.
Here I am not being phone savvy.
He was kind and patient explaining, something that I needed help with on my phone.
Not everyone takes the time to help you.
But Joseph made sure,I left understanding how to save & file my photos.
Great job Joseph you deserve so much more than 5 stars ,more like 10 stars

Nicole and Cole helped me switch over today and they were amazing. Very funny and very helpful, i got the iphone 13 and second line i got the iphone 11 and also got screen protectors and in home internet. Definitely recommend this place and these people!

Very knowledgeable team! I gave Diemonte the parameters of my need and he gave me several choices that worked within my specific needs. I didn't need to purchase a phone that was way above my needs nor my skills. For the first time ever, I truly felt that I got a phone that wasn't overpriced for stuff I would never used. On top of that, Diemonte was on top of things to transfer everything....and mean everything onto the A71. I didn't lose any work time fixing lost information......huge lifesaver! Granted I didn't get the S20, but they were way above what I needed/use. Thank you for not selling me more than I could ever use. Thank you for being a honest salesman! And thank you for taking the time and researching to make sure everything switched over without compromising my job performance!
