Kohl's

Excellent Kohl's location. Staff, on my visit in September 2023, were very professional and responsive. They politely asked if I needed help, (I didn't though), and they opened additional registers when the line to check-out got to three persons deep. Store was clean and well stocked. Will go again when/if I am in the neighborhood.

Update January 2024. Shopped here again, and I had the same great customer service!

Did an online order for a hard to find item. The Customer Service Rep. welcomed me with a nice smile and greeting, then guided me through the simple process of picking up my item not too far off from the C.S. area. Happy with the product and price. Will shop again and again.

I was impressed by the check out clerk, she was most helpful as far as getting me signed up for Kohls cash. She called for assistance as she see a line forming!

We were impressed by the store when we entered--layout, brightness, and cleanliness. We were also impressed with our interaction with the associate who checked us out.

I always find what I’m looking for here. Although clothing is their primary purpose they have an interesting array of other goods as well. Usually the checkout associates remind me to pull up an online coupon on my phone which helped me save a lot this time. Looking forward to coming back soon!

We stopped at this Kohl's location to look at sneakers, but they didn't have my size, the woman at the register was so nice, her name was Angie, she checked other stores, and we also chatted about the Kohl's web site. She was so pleasant and helpful. We ended up buying dog toys, at Kohl's, 😂 I made my girlfriend go back inside to get her name, so we could write a review, because she was super friendly.

Kohl’s Spring Hill has great sales, associates are sweet and the manager also helps out, love the teamwork. Store is not cluttered and very clean.

The associate that checked me out was friendly and very helpful. Because of her I was able to order more rugs online that you didn’t t have in stock in the store.

Friendly and helpful staff, store was busy yet staff helped me with
questions that I had. At check out several registers were full of customers, staff worked diligently to make check out quick and smooth.

Always a good variety whether is clothing or footwear. Prices are also good. Store ia always organized leading to easily locate what you’re looking for.

The cashier was very polite and efficient!

The quality for the price is excellent. Needed to return a pair of joggers for a larger size and was able to do it at the cash register instead of customer service.

Love shopping at Kohls. And right now they have a great selection of gifts for Christmas. Plus there is always that $10 incentive to come back. Anita

It's always a pleasure shopping here. Nice and clean. Customer service is great. Was able to find my husband 3 pairs of pants for work. As well as getting rewards points towards my purchase soon . Will be back in to do more shopping.

I had a great experience here. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. I stopped and asked where the travel mugs were and the girl knew exactly where they were. I was waiting for a friend who was still shopping and they had benches by the doorway where I sat until she was done.
