She answered the phone on the first ring and scheduled a seller consultation right away. She toured my house, took note of everything we discussed, and provided a detailed valuation with all the information needed to make a decision. She broke down all the costs associated with selling and went over multiple listing strategies to get my home sold quickly. I needed to sell fast so I could get approved for a new construction home. I was worried because things seem to be sitting on the market for awhile and I only had 30 days. Needless to say, we ended up going under contract in less than 3 days for full asking price! She also disclosed that I will be selling AS-IS so the new buyers can’t renegotiate after inspections. Chaleah Gehrman is professional, responsive, and truly cares. I was not able to have agent representation on my new construction home but Chaleah made sure to tell me the importance of getting a third party inspection and offered to help to insure I’m taken care of…that proves she truly cares about her clients and not in it for the money. Kristy Patjens with Denovo Realty was my realtor. She was AMAZING from start to finish!!! I wasn't sure if I was going to move or how that process would work . She guided me through the listing process and helped me understand the new construction process. She calmed me down when I wasn't sure what to do. Her communication skills are excellent. Kristy's personality is wonderful. She stayed in constant contact to ensure a smooth transition from one house to the next. She goes above and beyond for her clients. I ran into some problems with the lender on closing day, Kristy jumped right in by my side and was a huge advocate for me. Devin was amazing to work with from start to finish. Without him, we most likely would not have gotten the heads up on our new home before it even hit the market. He took action immediately and got us the first appointment available and then got our offer in immediately that same evening.
