BUYER BEWARE!!! My family has 50yrs in the Insurance industry while no longer practicing we entrusted our investment properties (Rentals) in the Spring Hill area to be insured by this agency, with no notification our policies where cancelled, agents didn't have the basic understanding of what or why this happened asked for information that had already been given to them and then got mad when we expressed our disappointment in their handling of our policies. Long and short if something had happened at one of rental properties we wouldn't have had coverage because of their failure to follow through or communicate.. You can not trust this agency they lack the basic understanding of their industry..
