Big Lots

I have been there several times. I even bought my sectional there. Very pleased with them. They could be better about online ordering and picking up. But overall pleased with them.

Store is good employees are friendly as well, we have had multiple good interactions with Avery particularly, excellent employee, very helpful, and polite.

It's a little bit bigger than the one in brooksville, but it's got a lot of stuff

Christine, in the furniture department IS AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond to make sure our big order was accurate and there on time. I truly cannot express how grateful we are for all the time she took with us and for her EXCEPTIONAL customer service! Someone needs to give that woman a raise because she deserves it! Lol

Cashier was more than happy to provide the code for the extra 20% off Christmas decor. The store was neat, clean, and well-organized.

Big Lots had a selection of items I needed to fill out my Easter gift baskets at a reasonable price!

Everything they advertised they had in qty. Got everything I needed and more. It was not real busy at 10:00 in the morning, so I was in and out on less than am hour. Very pleased with my shopping experience. Every time I go to Big Lots I have a stressless shopping experience. It seems that whenever I go there, lately, things have gone well. The people that work there know the store inside and out. They are very knowledgeable about their products. I would recommend Big Lots to anyone that can't handle the Walmart crowds.

Always have a great experience. This time I ordered. Online to pick up that same day. Made it to the store showed them the barcode from my email and they had my merchandise I ordered ready for me already. Excellent service Big Lots! I completely recommend this online purchasing.

A great store,especially love the variety of foods, lots of imported items at huge discount compared] ppl to regular grocery stores....on my last visit THERE I noticed that the prices for a lot of my regular purchases has increased. For a example the Bluetooth headphones that I have bought twice before for $10 has gone up to $11.50

Wasn't busy at all(11ish on Saturday), areas were well put together even in the clearance and discounted christmas. Cashier was courteous and even tried upselling(props to her). Great selection on everything. I think of it as a smaller, cleaner, walmart.

The store didn't have a little bit of everything- they had A LOT of everything! Very impressive! I love Big Lots!
