My Wacky Wednesday was saved by Joshua at this location and I couldn't be more impressed with the great person and service I received. I was having battery trouble and kept smelling a foul smell and when I called the store and spoke to Joshua he knew exactly what to do and told me to come in and he would take care of the problem. He was fast, friendly and knowledgeable and I couldn't of asked for better service! Thank you so much for replacing my battery. Great job!

I have a 2013 Prius 3 I was having issues with the 12 volt battery, Jess I believe was her name came outside tested it and confirmed the battery was bad I purchased a new AGM battery and she changed it for me that was great, I have a very bad back, when we were done we found out that my battery was the original 9/16/2012 so I definitely got my money's worth lol.
I really love this O'Reilly's they go above and beyond It will always come here when I need something

Bradley the store manager and Jess were very helpful today as we ran into an emergency and needed parts. Luckily they had the parts I needed at the time and were able to give advice and suggestions on installation and when I needed help a about a dozen times they went above and beyond taking care of me and my Family. I’d recommend this store for anything.

Told me to get new spark plugs and change the oil. Cause it was hesitating and bucking a bit.
The 8th cylinder was fouling out.

I couldn't reach the fuses on my Honda. I stopped in 2 places but they wouldn't help. (Starts with A). Came to O'Reilly and Bryan helped and fixed it with a new fuse! BIG THANKS to him for such courtesy!

Great group of employees. Charles the manager helped me out so much. I'm talking care of a mother with cancer and we were down to my clunker work truck. He helped me with the parts I needed at a great price and got to rent the tools needed for free. Thank you very much. I recommend this store for your car parts.

Charles the store manager addressed a younger employee who was teasing a nice older employee named Ken. I appreciate Charles taking care of this issue in house. I was on the brink of calling my lawyer Morgan and Morgan to report the Berating of said employee Ken when the store manager Charles stepped in Thank you Sir. As they say once a man twice a child. Ken and I are alike because we are in our twilight years. Please be careful and respectful when speaking to another human being and keep the workplace professional. You never know who is watching.

I recently went to O’reilly auto parts and was pleasantly surprised at the great customer service I received. The person at the counter was Lesley and she was professional, courteous, patient, and very helpful. Definitely a good experience. I would not hesitate to shop at O’reilly auto parts again.

I really like O'Reilly's! I really do! I had a problem with my car & one of the gentlemen, who was working there came out with a gadget, hooked it up to my car & was able to tell me what was wrong with it! He didn't make me feel stupid, just because I'm a woman, who didn't go to school to learn about cars! I really appreciate that! He ordered the part for me & I was on my way! Thank you, O'Reilly's! 😃

EXCEPTIONAL STAFF!! (esp Kelsey & Nathaniel)

Needed to get new battery at 8:30pm on a Friday night, went to O'Reilly's bc they didn't close until 10pm--- what a lifesaver and so convenient!!! It was very chilly (for FL) in the 40's yet the service tech, Kelsey, never complained about it. She tested my battery, alternator & starter. My battery did need to be replaced (only had 8 volts) & then kindly offered me 3 different battery plans. At that time, Kelsey asked if I was in their O'Reilly reward Club. That was a surprise question to me bc I just purchased an expensive item at a different O'Reilly's two days prior. So I most certainly signed up and Kelsey is going to contact corporate Monday to get my purchase from the other store added to my rewards :) Unfortunately, I continued having some unusual problems after the battery was changed, yet Kelsey & now Robert continued to brainstorm ideas for another 30mins (rpm tach wouldn't go down to 0 after car was turned off, interior lights wouldn't turn on as door was opened, door lock issues, & my backup/radio/menu screen was out) Given how late it was (almost 10) I just said thank you & I'd come back the next day when Kelsey was in bc she wanted to make sure they tried everything they could to help (prob a fuse) Well I did some research, fuse 29 in 2014 crv has been known to cause some of the issues I was experiencing. I went back to them, they LISTENED to my suggestion and sure enough it was bc fuse 29 was blown! They also helped make sure my interior fuses were ok (now that it was daylight, much easier to see than holding a flashlight too)

My experience at another Brooksville location (Broad St) was also just as amazing. Nathaniel, was very compassionate and he too listened to my concerns. The amount of knowledge he has about cars is unbelievable!

Given how well both places treat their customers, I will always go to O'Reilly's!! (Goodbye Auto Zone & Advanced Autos!)

Always seem to have more parts in stock than other auto parts stores... Great prices too.. They still do things like turn rotors also...

These Guys (and Girls) located and ordered parts on numerous times that "the other guys" would not bother to break a sweat to track down. They team up looking thru catalogs, their computer, etc. until they find what you need. They located a hard to find rebuild kit for an unusual japanese starter and called me when it was here. They found hard to find bearings for my tractor by cross referencing numbers, saving me lots of money over the overpriced OEM. Just today they figured out how to save me from buying an entire fuel vapor hose from Dealership and located the unusual retainer clip I was missing. Thanks Charles and Associates! You have a great team....

went in for light bulb on my fiances Hyundai and they came out to the vehical and fixed my problem. very polite staff. auto zone employees were very rude will come back to this stor for car parts
