Fujiyama Japanese Steakhouse

Had a bit of a wait, I suggest making a reservation. Website says they do not take them... but the lady at the front desk said they do. The food was excellent, and the staff was accommodating. One of the kids at our table had allergies, so they prepared her food separately to make sure she was taken care of. It was a wonderful experience for a date night. We will be returning.

Great experience for my birthday dinner, food, ambiance, and service. It's always good to spend your birthday with loved ones, and this was the first time coming to Fujiyama. The chef and staff were humorous, and we had an enjoyable time. The food was tender and seasoned right. I had the shrimp and salmon with lobster added. Delicious and filling with the avocado salad. The ginger salad came with shrimp and salmon combo, which also included the fried rice.
Talk about margaritas that's strong and taste very good. I only had one, and that was more than enough for me. They brought a little bday 🎂 out for me, which I appreciated kindly. Overall, it was a great experience and a lot of fun. Thank you, Fujiyama.

I stopped in for cocktails with a friend, and we each picked a different special of the day. Both were delicious and the presentation of each was beautiful. Several hibachi parties were in progress and judging from the aromas and laughter a good time was being had by all.

My family and I went here to celebrate both my brother and sisters birthday! it was our first time going to this restaurant, and it was absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious, the service was incredible & the man who was working at The hibachi did a spectacular job! I would highly recommend trying the yum yum sauce with your fried rice!

Came here for lunch, they have so many options and a great lunch special! Between two others and myself we got 2 hibachi steak meals, 2 sides one steak, one rice, two appetizers including fried calamari and sashimi, a monster roll, a Japanese soda, and fried ice cream. We sat in a booth so we didn't watch them make the dinner, but honestly it was so good it was worth it. As said between all the food I mentioned the total was about 75$ dollars. I'm definitely coming back here and would recommend for anyone that likes good service, and large portions.

Would recommend the grill tables where they cook at the table. Very entertaining, but the important part is the food which was fantastic. The filet mignon and shrimp melted in your mouth and the fried rice was some of the best we have ever had. Very reasonably priced, especially the appetizers. Look forward to our next visit there.

This place was absolutely perfect! The food! The drinks! The hibachi! The lobster! EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! We had such a great dining experience with 6 people walking in. We had to wait maybe 20 minutes and were seated...after a visit with the very well equipped bar tender...thank you all! I highly recommend this hibachi and sushi! Highly!

First time here and it will no be the last. The wife and I was looking for a Japanese Steak house to visit and found this one. What a fantastic choice we made. The chief was great as where the staff. The food was excellent. Was I little bit of a roll for us to get there but well worth it. Do yourself a favor and try out this place. You will not be disappointed

I always love a good meal here. I've never been able to finish because the sheer portion size. The chefs are amazing, knowledgeable, and often times hilarious.

Always a fun experience watching someone cook your meal. Restaurant was clean, staff friendly, and they really tried to make the experience special for the birthday girl.

4.5 For a weekday lunch visit in the dining room. Appearance is quite nice with attractive settings and atmosphere. The tables were clean but just shy of sticky making the actual cleanliness questionable. The food was good, a medium well order of steak came out medium well. The chicken tempora appetizer was also delicious along with the remaining salad, soup, rice, and vegetables that come with the lunch portion. Staff was super nice and friendly. Would recommend for a good meal.

This is my first time here and this place was wonderful. I've always loved hibachi and the fact that this is great hibachi and that you can do lunch for only$10 was amazing. The staff is amazing and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I certainly recommend coming here. Well worth your time.

I cant rave enough about this place! Let's get to what everyone wants to know, the food, it was phenomenal. Cooked to perfection. Even the yum yum sauce was somehow more yummy and great size portions my pictures below is what I couldnt finish!! The drinks pictured are a Okinawa islander and a pineapple upside down cake martini but tasted amazing very good bartending! Then to top off the expirence the chef was absolutely incredible very good at his craft was doing moves I have never seen before in all my times going to hibachi and was very interactive with the crowd it made the night very memorable and I will take all of my friends when they are in town! I believe my cooks name was Nin or Ling

Everything from start to finish was great. The chef did a perfect job of cooking our steak and chicken. The vegetables and rice were amazing as well. Very nice hibachi experience on our first time here and will definitely be back soon.

Genuinely love coming here with my family. We just moved to Spring Hill and have been looking for good sushi and food to enjoy and were struggling for a bit. We tried Fujiyama and have already been back over five times. So happy with it!

Make sure to do Hibachi! We sat in regular booth for first time, service was really slow and not friendly. Hibachi is much better experience.

Fun experience all around. Made a call ahead "reservation" and did not have to wait long at all even though it was busy. Our family had chicken steak and shrimp and each one was very good. The chef was fantastic- involved everyone at the table even the baby! Definitely recommend!

20 minute wait to be seated, which wasn't bad at all... then we waited about an hour before the chef finally came to our hibachi. All in all, we were pleased!

It was my first time going there wasn't disappointed at all the food was delicious service was great and friendly!! Portions was good and the price was fair!
