Starbucks

Okay so this is my favorite Starbucks. They’re always friendly and always always get it right! Love this Starbucks! They always have great beverages and when I can’t think of something they help me out. I’ve even gone in with pictures from online and they copy it for me which I love! Yes the line wraps all the way around the building, but at least the coffee is perfect

Just the best! Stop in and see Kris or any of the wonder staff members and managers of this local Starbucks. The team energy and comradery is uplifting, and you’ll often hear cheers when the wait times are “Green”.

Walking in, prepared to be greeted by almost everyone, and don’t be surprised when the associates remember your name and favorite drinks.

The store is super clean, well maintained inside and out. There is outdoor seating weather permitting.

I love our Starbucks on Cortez! The staff is the best and so courteous. Always treated well! Also, I'd like to request the self-serve items to go back where they were. I feel bad bothering them for a straw which is now hidden in the drawer. Is this possible?

Loved the experience at this Starbucks, felt so welcome and the coffee was great! Kris and the crew were the nicest! It's nice to find a nice environment to come, drink coffee, eat, and work!

Friendly and pleasant customer service. The baristas have gotten my order several times during my weekly visit. The place is clean and well organized. This Starbucks provides excellent and that is a reflection on management. Thank you

I need to say this and let the word me known. The baristas, shift supervisor and Manger are great people who are working themselves to the bone. They are hard worker and kind souls who saved me when I almost lost it all. They dont get the credit they deserve for all the work they have done not just for me but for the community. They have held their tongue and given the best of themselves to this job and location. I raise my coffee cup to them and say you deserve more that what you gain but I’ll always preach the goodness and kindness they have done for me. I wish them the best and I will always show up to say you guys rock 🪨

Kris is amazing! Without her the store does not run properly! She makes sure everything is done correctly and guest are taking care of!

Kris makes everyone seem like part of the family. She's on the ball and sweet no matter how busy ( and they get very busy) they are. Great crew

Best coffee hands down! I pass other Starbucks locations to go to this one. Word of warning to dog owners. Be prepared to not be allowed to sleep in on your day off. Your dog will likely wake you to go get coffee. My dogs have learned the word coffee means they get to enjoy a ride and get a pup cup.

I got a drink yesterday and it wasn’t how it usually taste I gave a call to the store talked to Lisa. She listened to the feedback and offered to remake the drink when I was able to come back. So I went today and it was exactly how I’ve gotten it before. So thank you for fixing it and being so nice. More places need managers like you (:

Life is hard, and sometimes you just need a hot cup of tea. It’s even better when it comes with a smile, and a genuine barista. That’s what this location has in Kris. Her positive attitude and genuine interest in every customer she serves was not only refreshing, but infectious! She was thorough, efficient and kind. She communicated well with staff and costumers. She took the time to ensure all orders were correct and everyone had what they needed. When visiting this area, I go out of my way to get my morning tea and coffee from this store, because of the team! Thank you 😊
