Caffe Connection

Was in the mood for a specialty coffee and sandwich. The coffee was perfect and the sandwich was delicious. Egg was over easy just as I asked so a little runny but oh so good. Staff was all very attentive. Great place. Definitely going back.

Decided to find a new breakfast burrito spot. I heard this place was good, high rated and a little busy.

When we got there, it was definitely a busy little cafe. We placed our orders and sat outside. Waters came out quick. Food came out not too long after. We ordered a few things.

First off, we had to get one of their giant pop tarts. I didn't expect much out of it as I am a high-end pastry snob and a baker myself. The pastry portion was a pie crust. It's an amazing pie crust, I would eat it on its own all day long. Icing was perfect too. The sprinkles take away from this item. I hate sprinkles, so my opinion here is kind of biased. Filling was good. I'm checking for an apple one next time:)

I had the breakfast burrito. Eggs were fresh and cooked well. Bacon was the same. Their potatoes are fresh and amazing! I got the hollandaise on the side. I feel it was more of an aoli, but I just tasted it. Didn't really like it. Burrito is amazing on its own. Will order this every time.

My husband got a chicken Benedict. Eggs were made to order. Biscuit was a grilled 10/10, and gravy was good. He just wished they would have been heavy-handed with it. It's a great dish.

Toasted crescent was buttery warm and flaky.

This is a breakfast place we will be adding to our regular list.

We drove from Homosassa to check out this little Cafe and it was excellent! Grab a menu and when your ready to order walk up and place it. The chicken Benny was full of flavor and a huge portion. Excellent coffee and we even tried a cinnamon bun that was delicious. We will be back. The staff was kind and attentive.

This place was absolutely delicious! From the smells when you first walk in, to the genuinely friendly staff, and the food - there is nothing to complain about!

Chris and his team always do a great job. We have not been disappointed in the food or the service in the last year.

Today was first time trying. It was so delicious. Had a sandwich and homes fries plus an awesome frappe. But the truly best part was the guava tart. My friend got it and shared it (I probably would not have picked guava myself ) then I had to buy another guava tart to take home it was so delicious. The pastry was crisp but also melts In your mouth! Definitely will be back. And the prices were very reasonable as well. Very cute and comfortable place.

Amazing food, super inexpensive for the portion sizes. The owner is very involved, and when mistakes do happen they get fixed. Everyone is very friendly, very comfortable inside and outside seating options! And they use non-plastic leftover boxes and to-go cups. Tons of flavors to choose from in the coffees. I never leave disappointed here.

Absolutely amazing spot ! 1st time in and it went great food is amazing, the homemade poptarts are huge !! Employees are amazing and the chef came out with our food and had a Great conversation. Mush try if you are in the area even have boba !!

My cafe con leche was perfect. My eggs were perfect (which is normally very hard to do).

Everything was cooked to absolute perfection, the biscuit I got was just the right amount of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Not to mention the tarts- they are to die for. The price might be intimidating but I assure you the flavor and size of the tarts alone make up for it. I have never in my life had something that delicious, and I will be coming back often. I can't wait to try everything else and watch this place thrive

What an amazing hidden gem! This is now be a go to place. The owner was the cook and he takes much pride in the quality of the food.

I pick up doordash orders for this cafe often and I just stare and salivate while waiting. Today, I finally ordered my own food for pick up. So good, so, so good. I enjoyed the chicken salad BLT wrap and home fries. Absolutely delicious. Lucky for me, I have 1/2 a wrap left for dinner. Yummo! If you haven't been, you must give it a try! Another bonus is that everyone is super friendly, down to the owner/head chef. What a pleasure to have this gem in Hernando county!

I cant believe we didn't know this place has been here for 2 years. What a gem! Food is made with love and is absolutely delicious. Everything we ordered was perfect. We also order the homemade pop tarts to take home. 5 stars hands down! You must check them out.

They definitely have some of the best breakfast sandwiches around. Everything is perfectly cooked and seasoned. I got one with over easy eggs and cheddar cheese on a croissant and it was delicious. I also got a side of fruit and a lavender lemonade. The lemonade is fresh tasting and so good.

I highly recommend their avocado toast on the multiple grain bread and their cc salad with bbq ranch. Both are so good. I’m not big on sweets and I have to be in the mood but I’ve ordered the chocolate cookie cookie stuffed with the sweet cream and it was huge and so good. The pop tarts are delicious too.

Sometimes difficult to find a good place to eat.

Stopped by here on a whim and sure glad I did. Ate lunch here with the family and everything was delicious. Prices were fair and the service was very friendly. The menu options all sounded so good so a second trip is a must. 10 out of 10.

I come here every so often when visiting my parents for the weekend. This is THE spot for a quick and easy breakfast. Simple but delicious menu, the owner is always checking in. Love the concept of ordering at the counter and then sitting to wait for the food. Tarts and pastries are out of this world. You can never go wrong for breakfast though with these great prices. I’ll be back every time I’m in town.

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to receive all of my order due to an issue with Uber Eats, however I received a call from Chris doing his best to rectify the situation - thank you! Will definitely try again in the future. What we did receive was delicious.

I’m still eating while leaving this review because the food is top notch! As a traveling foodie, this was easily one of the best breakfasts that I’ve had. The food was hot, customer service was impeccable and it’s a cute mom and pop environment. If you’re traveling through or a local, you NEED to stop by

My husband and I ordered from door dash. Omgosh we have been looking for the perfect breakfast place since we moved here and this is it! Portions are huge and the food is absolutely delicious!! Definitely recommend!
