The staff is amazing and so welcoming at Buckle! India deserves a 10 star review. She is not only so knowledgeable of different style of jeans, but she goes above and beyond to help customers find exactly what they’re looking for and then some. She is funny, makes you feel so comfortable, and the perfect hype women while trying on clothes! I will be back just to see her.

I was on a time crunch and McKenzie went above and beyond to help me find the perfect outfit, plus some extras. She was extremely helpful and gave her honest opinion of what everything looked like. She listened to what I liked/disliked and ran with it. 15 minutes later I was walking out with everything I didn’t know I needed.

I went in with not a lot of confidence because I am plus size and that makes it hard to find real jeans that feel good and fit right. I scheduled a fitting with Mackenzie and I was SO HAPPY with her friendly demeanor and the patience she had in finding me something I loved!! She said she was new but I could tell she already a lot of knowledge about what they offer and the fit of each brand of jeans. She took the time to make sure I was happy with what she had pulled for me and answered all my questions. She offered to order anything I needed that may not be available in store. I LOVE MY JEANS!! I went shopping for clothes for me but my 11 year old daughter found a pair of jeans she liked and went to try them on. She normally hates clothes shopping but the people that worked there picking several outfits for her and made her feel so special the whole time she was there. I have never seen her with such a big smile. She said mom I look beautiful. Thank you so much she got several outfits and she found her style with a whole new confidence

We just left there and the service plus clothing is phenomenal. My husband loves the Henley style shirts and they have a large selection that are thicker and of high quality. In addition, the service by Megan & Quinton was better than any other store in the mall. They approached us and were very kind and helpful in finding the clothing we desired. We left there very satisfied and happy with our experience and purchase. The manager also went above and beyond to help us get the most out of our shopping experience. My husband and I had never been treated with such high class before. Thank you, Buckle!

I love the Buckle here in Tally. There's a lot to pick from, all very trendy. Nick is who usually helps my son and I find what pieces we are looking for. Would recommend and will shop here again

Associates were all amazing and helpful. I had no idea buckle would hem jeans for free. I am so short and finding Jean's is so difficult. They prices are crazy but worth it for the experience and fit. They even remembered me when I came back in to pick them up.

Very nice people, don't over do it with suggestions and bombard you as you walk in, like some. Just super friendly and helpful . They also have great selections in store as I don't like to buy online without trying things on to see the fit. I love my jeans and shoes ❤

I recently went through a body transformation and lost a ton of weight. Even with covid and just all of this craziness, these ladies and one guy, I wish I knew your names were so impressively helpful. I went in not even knowing my size and came out with a new look and confidence. I don't even know you guys but I am sending you some mad love and many thank yous.

This place never fails to amaze me I have been shopping at Buckle since the grand opening of the one in Panama City Beach Florida at Pier Park back in 2015, I used to not shop there, simply because it is an extremely expensive store, but I bought me a nice hat from there, and as always the employees asked if I needed help, of course I told them no politely as always, but the girl named Lilly rung me up and asked me: What would be a good number to use for the rewards, and I told her my number which is an Atlanta area number since I used to live in Metro Atlanta of course, and when I told her I live in Panama City Beach Florida and I shop at the one in Pier Park she said okay, it amazes me how many people out of random will ask you what part of Georgia I’m from she didn’t questioned it, that’s the one thing I like about Tallahassee they don’t hound you with questions unlike Panama City Beach and the people are still also nicer than the Atlanta area which is also a plus! 😁

Styxx was the salesman I encountered at the store. He did a great job of putting together a outfit with plenty of good suggestions

Good styles for Jeans, shorts, and Shoes. Some of the pants can be too flashy for my taste, but they have great fitting more conservative pants too.

Expensive as hell!! Buy the slightly used jeans on eBay for a quarter of the price. I have gotten about 10 pair off there and they are great
