American Eagle Store

I absolutely love this location. The staff was so friendly and very knowledgeable about their product very patient and kind did everything and anything they could to help me.. I highly recommend Paige and I forgot the man's name but he was great the whole staff was amazing... It truly made my visit enjoyable you should definitely give them a raise because they went above and beyond customer service.

I only go shopping maybe once every few years for jeans. I put on a bit of weight during the pandemic and needed to buy some new jeans / khakis before summer started. This is normally not a fun experience for me. The order I put in online was incorrect. Thankfully, the process to change items out in store was pretty painless. Lauren did an awesome job assisting as I tried to figure out the correct information on the last pair of jeans I purchased and which new sizes I wanted to order. There was only one pair of jeans on hand in my size which is fine; I'm the one that made a mistake when ordering online. The rest will be shipped in a few days. Also shout-out to the person working to ensure visitor quotas at the front. She was very helpful as well.

Kristen (spelling?) the manager was AMAZING!! I was looking for a particular style of shorts for work and she was so helpful in helping me find them and ensuring that I got the best deal. I will be sure to shop here again since her customer service was so great. The store was clean and well-organized, even though it was back-to-school weekend!

Ryan is amazing! His concern for the customer is obvious. I have two daughters who only want to shop at your store, and I feel good knowing that I am supporting a company that cares about their customers.
