Customer service is always exceptional as well as the food. Haven't had a bad experience with the food or customer service. Store is always clean and the employees do take pride in their job. Awesome!

I have never experienced such rude behavior before. Her name may be Destiny(that is the name on the receipt). She had an attitude I don't know if it was because we left and came back trying to decide what we wanted to eat in a mall, but it was unacceptable. I won't visit this one ever again.

i had a horrifying experience at villa restaurant in Tallhassee at Governors square mall . The workers are very rude and have a major attitude. When i walked up there was screaming going on , the food looked very old and no one was in the front to help. After someone finally coming to serve me , the lady was very rude and loud and said “Are you going to order or not” I politely said “no thanks” and walked away. I will NEVER look in villa’s direction. The way they treat people is unbelievable!!!!!
