Best place to live. It's secret, there's lots to do even if you don't play golf. HOA'S are reasonable. Very Clean.

I work at this Golf Community, some of the nicest peoples you'll ever meet live and golf here. There are 3 main courses and 1 small practice 9 hole course. There's a fitness center located there as well as a restaurant and lounge. The courses are top notch courses.

Top shelf Golf courses, events, and wonderful staff. Played a member-guest there and everything was very professional. Its private so you need to make a friend in the community to get to play. Some consider the Championship par 72 to be one of the best in Florida. Think about that, Palmer, Sawgrass, and all the others and Timber Pines is in that company? I'm not sure I would agree, but I do agree there is and argument for it.

My husband and I took the ambassador tour with Lloyd. Lloyd was so friendly and gave us a top notch tour of all the facilities. We were so impressed with the community. Absolutely beautiful, so well maintained. Beautiful golf course!! This development is on the top of our list. Thank you!!

It is excellent for residents and their families. Everyone is welcoming. The golf course is great. The guards at the gate are amazing, super polite & helpful. The entire staff in the community seems very happy to be working there. They are very informative, kind & helpful. I especially liked the bochi pits. My family likes the Sunday brunch. All the food Is good and there are 2 for 1 drinks during happy hour. Our families home has a pool but we still like to go to the community pools. The pools and hot tubs are clean and well kept up. Definitely a great community to live in! 100%.

I live here, so I'm a little biased. We have 1st class amenities. All of them. Testing to bring the entertainment into the current Era. The younger generations are starting to push the old school out.

A really beautiful place and great people

One of the Best values for your housing dollar in the State of Florida! If you are an active adult of retirement age, they don't get much better. Golf, Tennis. Pickleball, Country Club. Plus to s of other things to do. This is a private, gated, a d affordable community,

This gated 55+community has way too many amenities to list them all. Some of biggies include 2 heated outdoor pools and hot tubs, 4 golf courses (one 18 hole championship course, two shorter 18 hole executive courses, and one pitch and putt 9 hole course. Add in a plethora of clubs and special interest groups including cards, dance, exercise, wood shop, boomers, etc., even a Snowbird club.

They also have a Clubhouse with restaurant and entertainment and a Performing Arts Center.

They also have excursions such as trips to performances at The Straz, trips to the casino, etc.

"Civilization" has caught up to the area with a fair selection of shopping, restaurants, and medical and dental practitioners.

Have lived here 3 years. Made so many friends. Have fun golfing, playing Bocce, going to concerts. Love it here!

Absolutely fabulous community to live in.

Four golf courses, country club, two large pools and hot tubs, performing art center, world class pickleball courts, and the list goes on. All this for a very moderate HOA fee (<$300/mo).

For sale inventory very low as homes sell fast. Try it; you'll love it.

Have played all 3 courses last 2 weeks. Conditions are superb.
I've been fortunate to play many nice courses in my life and these courses are really well taken care of.
Well cut cut fast greens, reasonable rough, excellent fairways and bunkers I've good clean sand.

Took the ambassador tour with my clients, clubhouse pools and everything well maintained. Gated 24/7 3 entrances . Pet park, everyone seemed very happy.

Love it. Safe and lots to do.

The best senior golf community in FLORIDA

My mom lives here. I love it. They have so much to do. Golfing with four courses and a driving range. Swimming, bocce ball, shuttle board. Shows and dining. Plus arts and craft room, exercise room, classes. Plus so much more. Never a full moment. It's a beautiful place. Hopefully one day I will there.

Timber Pines is a beautiful gated community for over 55 years of age everything is clean and everyone has a golf cart golf cart there are many golf holes are available along with a par-72 a few executive courses they have two olympic size swimming pools that are accessible all year round the service inside the clubhouse is second-to-none as well as going to the starter you can always get a tee time without a problem so glad that my parents live there or it's going on vacation when I visit them

I came in to get details for doing an open house and some photography. Maggie is the best ! She had the answer to every question I had right away and knew exactly who to send me to for more detailed info. The whole staff is very available & knowledgeable ! This was a great experience !

Residents have access to a tremendous amount of well-tended property and amenities. The communal effort to care for goods and services rendered is profound. Care for people throughout the community is also noticeable.

I like it cuz it is soooo quiet! Coming off of Commercial Way/RTE. 19, it's like going from day to night. It's so peaceful! There are plenty of things to do there, too...in the Lodge, or the PAC, and we have a Restaurant. It's great!
