Audibel Hearing Center

Audibel is a small office that provides big service with an extremely large amount of patience and an equally immense dose of invaluable information. My personal issues with wearing appliances are fraught with resistance to change—a change borne of necessity.after having been on the planet for three quarters of a century. Like anything else change can be assimilated and understood and even enjoyed. Scott Pitchford, my HAS, is personable, patient and knowledgeable. He listens to the meanderings of a septuagenarian, understands the issue and takes corrective action to not only eliminate the problem, but also to send the client out the door with a new sense of pride and confidence. I fully endorse my local Audibel office and trust that affiliates would be similar in their level of care and compassion.

The hearing aids are expensive but they are top of the line and the customer service is exceptional. Nancy is a pleasure to deal with when calling in for any reason and in person when checking in or out of appointments in the office. Scott is a wizard with the devices and software and is so helpful when servicing and cleaning the hearing aids but he is also a joy to talk with while he is fiddling about with the devices.
I have never owned anything in my life with such amazing after sale service!

Scott and Nancy are great, friendly and very personable. Prevention is ALWAYS worth a pound of cure. Scott looks out for my appliances, insuring I take advantage of my free quarterly check ups.

Audibel Hearing not only provides a great product, they also provide exceptional service. One of my hearing devices became damaged. Nancy was very quick to respond to my need for the repair. I was able to get in the same day and Scott repaired my device while I waited. I was in and out within 10 minutes!

Today was my first time at the Audibel Hearing Center and I had a great experience. The atmosphere was welcoming and professional. I was provided with excellent care and any questions or concerns I had were answered. I will be going back for regular appointments and screenings.

This is a great place to go to for your hearing aid needs. Everyone is very nice. They are great at listening to what you need . Making sure you’re comfortable with everything and you understand how to use your hearing aids , the app and how to take care of them . Just this month I had to go back to have my hearing aids looked at because I was having a problem they were fixed in no time they did a wonderful job. Make sure everything was working correctly. This is a great place to go for your hearing aid needs.
